  1. And Moss just so happens to grow on these as well... Rush - The Trees
  2. A movie that is near and dear to my heart is Tron. Now I know the last couple of movies I posted were extremely cheesy, to say the least but I'm actually defending this one for other reasons. This was one of the first films to use computer generated imagery in such a major way and it was ground breaking at the time. And if you consider that it was done with 1970's computer technology that makes the feat even more impressive. Now I'll admit it's not much to look at now, but it still has it's charm. And I also have to admit the plot, although cheesy at parts, is kind of neat. The idea of being pulled inside a world inside computers is intriguing. I guess I'm kind of showing my true computer geek colours here, lol.
  3. Jumping Jack Flash just so happens to also be the name of a song from the Rolling Stones. So I figured I'd post a stones song that is great but doesn't get a lot of radio play. The Rolling Stones - Can't You Hear Me Knocking
  4. AC/DC - Big Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHTi1VL9e5s
  5. Eric Clapton - It's In The Way That You Use It
  6. As has been mentioned before the kissing, caressing, slowly undressing each other, whispering in your ears can definitely make an experience more exciting. But I also have to agree that just spending the time talking can really make the experience enjoyable. I will add this though watching her get dressed can be very sexy too. Especially if it is done in kind of a teasing way :) It can be before if she's putting on a pair of sexy stockings or afterwards when your talking, either way it can be totally hot. One of my favourite movie scene's ever was from the graduate when Dustin Hoffman is waiting at the door and Anne Bancroft is slowly getting dressed almost teasing him. And I can say watching it first hand was a really enjoyable experience :)
  7. This might be considered blasphemy but I always preferred the white cheddar variant of KD. I definitely agree the only thing you can add to KD is bacon, more cheese and butter :)
  8. Congrats Spud! Here's to 6 years and many more!
  9. When I was in Ottawa my favourite pizza places were Gabriels, Lorenzos, and Pavarazzi's. I have to say though that it had to be a toss up, no pun intended, between Pavarazzis and Gabriels though. Pavarazzis had lethal panzerotti's though that were so good but also had a tendency to put you to sleep afterwards, lol. Father and sons was a decent place for pub food on Ottawa U campus and great for catching the game. My favourite Chinese food place though is a little spot in Prescott called the Dragon Garden, they have the best egg rolls I've ever had beating out places out of Ottawa, Kingston, and Brockville. The General Tao chicken is not the greatest but everything else is superb. They have fixed up the joint but it used to look like a shack, but even still loved the food. For Souvlaki I like going to Luna and 1000 Island Pizza in Brockville. Luna also has great Lasagna. The best prime rib I've ever had, though I've only recently acquired a taste for it, was at the mill in Brockville. They only have it on special occasions but it is well worth it.
  10. Well piano has kind of inspired me to make a confession of my own. When I read his post my jaw practically dropped at first because so much of what he said and wrote down reminded me of my own situation and what happened to me not to long ago. I was pretty much in the exact situation, I was 27 years old and was still a virgin. Now I will admit that this did make me feel uncomfortable and awkward, especially around women who were very sexually open. And I can remember more than a few conversations with people where I kind of had to skirt the issue. But in all honesty my reasons for going this route were that I honestly felt that this was something that was affecting me in a negative way, almost like an anchor dragging me down. It was something that I felt I needed to do to liberate myself and I can honestly say that I felt it did. I have absolutely no regrets and like piano I am very glad that I did this. I did learn some things about myself and to be honest just feel more comfortable in my own skin now. The other reason that my jaw dropped was that like him I just so happened to visit Peachy on my first encounter. I had done some searching on the forums for recommendations and read various opinions on this topic. Now I'll admit that the timeline was decidedly more rushed, but I had done some soul searching before hand and had actually discussed this option with a trusted friend who I think of as a brother. I had started talking to Peachy the night before and exchanged a few messages but it wasn't until the next day that I finally decided to go through with it. What really made me feel like I was talking to the right person was her concern over whether I was ready or not. That really meant a lot to a guy in my situation and the fact that she put so much effort into making me feel comfortable helped more than I can describe. Would I, will I repeat, definitely, hopefully :) All I can say is thank you Peachy :) To echo what both Peachy and Piano have said it is good to do some soul searching before hand. This route may not be for everyone but at the same time you shouldn't feel stigmatized either by going this route. One thing that made this easier for me was that one of my friends had actually gone this route and confessed that it had helped him and I have to agree with him. Also, read the recommendations on the ladies and get in touch with them. After that it's up to you to decide.
  11. These two links are what I like to call things that are well best just watched as I don't want to ruin them for you :) I will say this though they involve Vader and a particular Revenge of the Sith scene. Enjoy :) http://vaderfortune.ytmnd.com/ http://vadercoaster.ytmnd.com/
  12. Yeah those phone calls are total scams. One of the places I used to work got a bunch of peoples computers in to fix because they fell for that scam. We always told people that Microsoft would never call a customer if the customer was having problems, it was up to the customer to get in touch with them. The kicker was the scams we heard of the caller never actually said he was with Microsoft, he said he was with windows but never actually said Microsoft. Guess it was their way to keep Microsoft from coming after them. They usually installed some combination of key logger or trojan viruses to get your information, but we usually were able to remove them before any serious damage was done. One of the most common scams we saw was the fake anti-virus pop ups that would say you were infected and than wanted you to go to some website and pay a fee to get cleaned up. Usually all that would happen is the popup would disappear for a while than come back looking for more money or it would just ream your credit card from the first time. Another thing we used to do was give the telemarketers/scammers a fake name saying that only so and so can make those decisions so whenever someone called looking for so and so we just stuck them on hold till they hung up.
  13. And there is nothing better than spending a night In Dreams....well maybe a few things, lol. In Dreams - Roy Orbison
  14. Well a lazy sunny afternoon, when the tax man's taken all your dough, is the perfect time to Imagine. Imagine - John Lennon
  15. Electric light orchestra - Don't bring me down video
  16. And what can usually be found in the wild blue yonder, a bird a free bird. Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird
  17. I guess I'm also in the "I don't wear cologne" camp. I have allergies so I typically don't react well to strong fragrances. I do however use old spice pure sport body wash on a daily basis, scent is not to strong, and have received more than a few compliments on my scent over the years :)
  18. Well if were on the theme of climbing mountains, when your climbing a mountain typically your going...... Higher and Higher - Jackie Wilson RG partially inspired this as Ghostbusters II was a movie I saw as kid and I remembered the dancing toaster scene :)
