When I was dating, and before she and I got BlackBerries, we texted a lot. We sent massive texts (well, she would usually lump an entire day's worth of updates in one text), and one thing I've realized is that even in this day and age, texting is flaky. Even today, if for some reason someone sends me a long text, I might receive them in the wrong order, or in one particularly annoying instance, I kept on getting the first part of the 4 part message after every section of the message arrived. So it was part 1, part 1, part 2, part 1, part 3, part 1, part 4, part 1.

There is so much I left out. What I wrote ended up being so long already, I decided not to share too much. It's such a cliche, but time does heal. But you need to will yourself as well. I was in love with a girl for longer than I should have. When I cut her off from my life, I wanted to run back, because even though I knew I wouldn't be happy, it was familiar. The first few months, I missed the good parts. I gained a lot of weight, lost a lot of confidence, and went inwards. I couldn't be in my own mind because I'd torture myself, so I did everything to distract myself. I had enough, and started to do things that made me feel better about myself. A year gone, I do think of her, but I don't have that sharp pain through my heart when I think of love lost. I smile at the good parts, and remember the bad parts as a reminder of what went wrong, and how to avoid it in the future. I cannot compare my situation with those who married their love, had children with them, and now facing an uncertain future without them. But despite my comparatively lower experience in matters of love and loss, I truly think that whoever you are, you have the ability to make yourself happy again. No matter how inconceivable it may look like today.

I think you're stretching the OP's words a bit. If someone were to ask the best place they've ever been to, it doesn't imply that they're saying that your selection for the best is based on every possible location out there. It's based on their own personal experience, a selection criteria limited by the places they've been to only. It means the exact same thing. I'm actually surprised there is no law speaking on this subject. Every single shoot I do with the intention of sharing the images, regardless if the subject matter is risquéor not, I get a release signed of the model. Even shoots done for fun. The only time when I didn't do this was when my partner and I decided to photograph each other with the sole intention to practice, and clear knowledge that those pictures would never see the light of day. From my understanding, the law speaks to images that someone has taken or come across those images without the subject's knowledge. With the malicious intention facet of this law, I think it speaks directly to those individuals who are willingly putting images/videos of people who clearly never agreed to do so. Why does this matter on an escort board? Suppose an SP and a client meet in the client's hotel room. As the payer of the room, the client has full legal rights to snap a picture, and he now owns that image. Up to that point, while it's in a definite ethical black area, no laws have been broken. If a client has full rights to distribute that image regardless of the SPs wishes, I'm assuming that the lack of this law allows him to. I do not think this law applies to those sharing images on threads like the boobs/stockings/eye candy for ladies. No one has done so with the willful intention of humiliating anyone, and those pictures are being hotlinked to the original website.

Everything can be screen shot. I am unaware of a software that prevents this, but there are inventive ways to get around this.
