Thanks both General and Reddog for kind comments. Yes I remember we chatted about PM in your student times last year Reddog. LOL I couldn't afford even dance bars when I was student!!! :). As for Playmates, they seem to have attracted a few really great looking gals (and I am very picky on looks and is very important to me) all five of them reviewed in my past two posts above but they are likely even more weekdays (I only have fun Saturdays). And the bar is also relatively more liberal than any other SC on the Ottawa side. The best combination lol.

Over the course of the 10 - 12 years I have been given numbers in the strip bars countless number of times (I would estimate a couple of dozen of times at least likely more), mostly between 2001 to 2007 (so that is why I say it is not a new trend) and mostly without asking. I ask for no sex during the private dances, all being at my home, dancers are treated as precious guests and words gets around fast in the clubs lol so may be that is why I have got so many numbers and yes I make handsome donations too to those I select for private dances based on greatest of looks (most important player) and friendliest of attitudes and classiest of all. Went back to Playmates again. I had great few hours at Playmates today. The bar was quiet but a few very good looking dancers I am highly recommending the following dancers out of those that I met and had dances in the CR today. Belle. Very pale soft skin (my favorite), in fact her body was reflecting lights lol when she sat under the light. She is also shy so I walked to her and asked for dance (very very rare) and she was very happy. Good looking feminine young lady but with distant attitude but friendly enough. Relatively conservative in the CR but all these can be YMMV. Recommended if you love beautiful young ladies. Karina - Wow, the minute I saw her from the distance I said WOW!!!!. Very cute face, beautiful slim body. Tall and slim. Friendly and relatively open minded. Came to me and I got her a drink (she didn't ask but I was paving the path to a great CR time lol). After a short chat I invited her to CR. It was an absolute pleasure to get so close to such a beautiful lady. Half Lebanese and half Spanish, with natural tanned skin (and I like pale skin!!!!!!!) I really loved touching and kissing her soft skin. Only that kissing her face was not on the menu (her face was really cute), however I did steal a few kisses on her face. She has very perky lovely pair of breasts and beautiful mouth. Highly recommended. Makayla - A tall slim blondie. Very very friendly and very open minded in the CR and very honest too. Usually after 4 songs I ask how many songs and the majority say it has been 5 songs but Makayla was honest and said 4 and I paid her for 5 to reward her for great time she gave me in the CR and her honesty. Soft toned skin, small boobs but sexy and slim body. I had great time with her in the CR. Highly recommended. Both beautiful Lucy and very cute tall slim Honey (reviewed in earlier post) were absent today!!.

The Sweet300 web site show several attractive ladies however, services does not describe private dancing, just adult movies, sex shop and 5 private rooms. Private rooms for what I don't know. It says they have large screen TVs. My concern (and BIG question) is that if it is legal to be there. What activities are exactly being carried out in this place? I love to have private dances in one of those 5 private rooms if it is legal. Usually I invite dancers (those that I know for a long time) home for private dances (no sex just dancing) but always it is costly and have to spend tonnes on each (and takes a long time too) to earn their trust. I would be interested in Sweet300 if I know for sure no illegal activities is going in there and it is only a place for watching adult movies and private dances. Jina is a pleasant pretty young classy student from HK and I spent an hour with her, with natural small boobs and sexy natural kitty as well, very nice for a change. Looks her advertised age. I don't think they are paid anything for their stage dances. In fact they have to pay hefty fees to be allowed to work there (DJ fee, bar fee....). If they don't make money in the CR, then they are worse off after hours of work. That is why sometimes it is really hard to decline. even politely. My suggestion, take them for one dance if you are not very interested (and let them know beforehand that you want only one dance otherwise they may be offended) and save the 3 to 5 dances for those who you are really interested.

Wow since 2009 and your first post!!!!. Unfortunately wherever you go, you will be asked.... Yes sitting next to stage would help but doesn't 100% insulate you as they will come and ask but in smaller number. Just thank them for asking and tell them politely that you are not taking any dances. I know it is hard but what can I say. Not sure why you pick pink but my reco goes with Barbs (if you wish to watch as they have best looking dancers) as the front runner though low mileage in CR (it is open CR) and Pigale also having great looking dancers and higher CR mileage. Some say Barefax is good too. Avoid NuDen but if you go there, take a telescope with you to watch the stage lol and the CRs are completely open.

Needless to say I meant for every proven case, proven beyond reasonable doubt.... and for serious crimes against most vulnerable. Do not give a violent criminal a second chance to commit violent crime against another defenseless victim and capital punishment is the only assured way. So back to the OP, lets think of some good advice for the poor lady. After reading Gabriella's post, I am beginning to believe that contacting the police may be the best (first) option. I don't want to see the damn guy wins and start taking other victims. Move out only if the above option (for whatever reason) did not work, if feeling unsafe. I am first to admit it if I am wrong and I was wrong to suggest moving out as a better or first option. I guess I was too concerned about lady's safety that I forgot about the victim paying the price for this option and the aggressor winning.

Yes you have plenty of good points that calling the police is certainly an option and makes a lot of sense (the aggressor must not win, I agree completely), and I would have fully supported that notion if I knew that they would lock him up for good. we need to have a more robust (more just) justice system to protect the victims rather than the perpetrators. We have too many defenseless women and children (people in general but mostly women and children) falling victims to assault, battery, abuse, harassment, rape, even murder and if perpetrator caught and again if convicted a slap on the wrist is the consequence of above actions. The criminal gets the lawyer and justice system but no one was there to protect the victim when the crime was being committed. I am both tired and frustrated and believe in the return of capital punishment for those who commit serious crimes against defenseless women and children.

And in some cases it results in violent reaction!!. And no, not only in the movies but also in real lives from what I have read in the papers. I hope not this case. As I said the police will not be there to protect her 24/7 and for ever so what guarantee do we have that the best case scenario (to scare off the guy) will work? My impression from OP (that the SP is scared of him and doesn't wish to contact the police) is that he is a dangerous guy.

There have been comments that she should contact the police and it may be a good advice. However, what evidence does she have on harassment and do they hold in court (or are they solid enough even for police to go ahead and investigate it). Even if convicted what will be the penalty for that? If a slap on the wrist kind of penalty then would it worth the risk to make the abnormal guy (who obviously has problems. How severe I don't know) angry and may be do something stupid. We don't know all the facts and since it was said the SP is scared of him and she doesn't wish to involve the police, then I figure the guy is dangerous. Will the police give her 24/7 protection for life. Absolutely not. All I say is before giving solid advice on contacting the police we should know all the facts and consider the possible consequences. I am afraid I don't have a firm alternative solution to offer because I don't know the details and the guy. May be moving out (like changing place of residence and/or phone number) is a better solution than contacting the police. I know it may be regarded as submission to harassment but my no. 1 concern is the safety of SP in question and worry about justice second. As a last comment any guy (or person) who harasses the vulnerable deserves to rot in hell and I hope he gets what he deserves.

Though I don't necessarily agree with the OP's comments but I fully respect his views and that is what cerb should be all about, that is to respect other members' views no matter how different they may be to ours and their freedom to express it in a friendly tolerant community. As it was stated in the prior post I too use cerb as a useful tool without any attachments to it or feeling fanatic about it (a likely reversal of how I felt 2-3 years ago). The other board has its own advantages too and I enjoy my time over there as well with the friends I have made though my friendship here goes longer and deeper. I am surprised at the notion that the other board was described as hobbyist versus SP as I don't recall hostile clashes of opinions between the two sides on the other board but again that is just my observation. One think that I admire about cerb (and is likely unique to this board) is that hurtful reviews and fightings are prohibited and that I totally agree as it should be. And more importantly, the fact that the ladies feel safe here and that scores highest in my book.

Very interesting debate!!. I do agree that there is little interest as far as public opinion is concerned on banning consensual prostitution. My concern however, is that this government pays little attention to public opinion as they have demonstrated in the past. I cannot envisage Bawdy houses opening up around the country (after SCC decision in 2-3 years) and a majority conservative government in power both in the same sentence. They will not allow that to happen or they will lose their core support (the religious right). Their mandate is to impose their moral standards upon the nation regardless of what the nation may think, if they have the legislative power to do so which from responses I received, I believe they do.. My hope is that, the decision day will be 2-3 years away from now which may be the last year of this regime. They may hold off a new law until after the next election and by then the Canadian public may have waken up and realized the high price they have paid (loss of democracy) and decline voting them into another majority which would make it hard for them to pass a new right wing prostitution law through the parliament with a minority.

I agree the SCC decision will be based on the fact that prostitution is legal and sex workers should have the right to engage in the profession safely. If they change the law and make it illegal then this argument no longer holds. As whether they would do so or not, at this stage is pure speculation and mine is that they most likely will if they are faced with legalized prostitution after SCC decision to please their core religious right voters. I am not sure they will lose many of the centrist support for doing so. In fact this regime does what it pleases without any concern for lack of public support. Remember the issue of raising the OAS from 65 to 67. Polls indicated that 74% of Canadians were against it but they did it anyways and they still stands around 34-36% in the polls as the party of choice!!!!. The court challenge may proven to have been a mistake in the long run as we likely lose what we have now which is laws that makes prostitution itself legal though everything related to it is illegal but rarely enforced. There is also a trend in Western world (Scandinavia, France, UK....) to move towards banning prostitution altogether and Canada is part of Western world. As you said we will know when time comes however, I hope that time comes later rather than sooner!!.

I have seen plenty (majority) of $140 for half and $200 for full hour ads (incalls as outcalls are at $240) and a few ads at $180 even, however, you are correct in saying that there are also ads at $200+, even $300. The $200/$240 hour rates are mostly on BP mostly by (non-asian) reputable agencies but also some indies and you are right I should have referred to it as Standard rate for Ottawa rather than average rate.

I have one unresolved question in my mind to which I couldn't find the answer by reading the thread and that is: If SCC (in what was said in this thread in about 2-3 years) likely upholds the decision (as per legality of brothels and living off for body guards and drivers) can the Harper regime use its majority and overrule or overturn the SCC decision and legislate its own prostitution law which would be a total ban on prostitution itself even though it would be clearly against the SCC decision? I am not asking whether they will do such thing or not (The answer to that would be pure speculation) what I am asking is whether they have the legislative power to do so if they wish?

I agree with msog reason as Jason point out but I wonder if it could be also for the dollar reason. The average hh rate for Ottawa is $140 and the full hour is only $60 more at $200. If she can fit two people in that hour she would be much better off moneywise. This is only true for high volume providers of course. Just my 2 cents but I could be wrong.
