Yes decision to leave (and lets not forget about some come backs too) is personal and every departure is a loss for cerb and the community. I have had my share of ups and downs on cerb too. It was a time that I was so addicted to this board that logging on to cerb replaced all other entertainments for me like TV or movies and then there was a time that I didn't wish to even hear the board name because it reminded me of hurt feelings and stressful time (and I have enough of that at work lol so thank you). The end result for me was to quit cerb and have a long break was among those who later decided to come back (as a non-poster initially) just to test the water and see how it will go. Bearing in mind (as I mentioned) that every departure especially at elite membership level is a big loss for the board, the community and the industry, we, as individuals have a responsibility and obligation too, to do our best and our share to make the environment here on cerb friendly and pleasant. We must refrain from hostile debates or posts or be too opinionated and worse (God forbid) make personal attacks on other members who may hold different views or different likes or dislikes. After all it is the variety of our lives, looks and views that makes us all humans rather than programmed robots. We must do whatever we can to make cerb such a great and pleasant place to be so that the community grow larger and stronger by attracting new memberships and returning (active) members.

It was shocking and very sad to see this thread that you have decided to leave cerb WIT, and though I left cerb myself for a long while and can likely understand your reasons but I sincerely hope that you too will decide to come back as your presence and your fairness and your knowledge and your great contributions will be deeply missed. In the meantime while anxiously awaiting (praying for) your early return, I would like to convey my best wishes to you and my sincere thanks for your invaluable contributions over so many years.

I have lots of sympathy and understanding for the OP and don't wish to enter a debate on cerb again but in my subjective view it is more of the responsibility for the visitor or the guest to let it know to the hostess that he has severe allergy to something. I place my logic on the thinking that if I am going to a restaurant and if I am allergic to peanuts I have to avoid and ask beforehand if there is peanut in the food (or ask not to be). The restaurant or servers or cook or kitchen staff don't have a crystal ball to know and will prepare the food for the 99.99....% of customers without allergy to peanuts. I could be biased because I am an animal lover though especially puppies (small ones) and kitties (no pun intended :) ) but at the same time understand allergies to animals can be a serious issue for some.

Went to Barbs this evening specifically to see above recommended ladies (Ariel and Cherry and Jenny). My first time in Barbs in the evening as almost always I am there daytime. Unfortunately I was out of luck as sky was clouded and stars hidden lol. None of above three stars were there tonight. Had dances with a sweet dancer named Andrea. The middle ground you look for best found at Pigale/Taboo. Unfortunately Pigale is closed Saturdays daytime and Taboo has been dead recently on Saturdays as well, so for me Barbs is the place to go as I go to SCs only Saturdays and daytime but if I could take a weekday off, then Pigale/Taboo combo is the best place for the middle ground that I am looking for. I hear Barefax is not bad either (except weekends). I am surprised at NuDen's recommendation. Until last year (when I stopped going there) it was the lowest mileage bar in NCR. Never mind the middle ground even the lower ground was out of question and stage might as well be on top of mount Everest. Unless it has changed recently.

I can relate to your post. I like the middle ground too. I don't enjoy massage either but love hugging and kissing and cuddling but not necessarily sex. Mind you kissing in the CRs is nothing new and was a lot more common prior to 2008 when we used to have the private CRs as opposed to the open CR concept imposed by the city a few years ago. If you do really like this try Pigale and Taboo across the bridge......

That is what makes asian ladies so special lol. Most of them are natural and I think likely it is a cultural things in those regions of the world to be natural. The reason that prompted this (poll) thread (as I was asked prior) was because the discussion thread kept on coming back again and again to the top by various members posting over several years (that thread was posted in 2008 ). Over 200 posts were made in the discussion thread and if someone wanted to get a feeling of what preferences are with regard to state of kitties among Ottawa hobbyists or Ottawa men, the poor person had to read through 200 posts and over 21 pages of comments. Also I realized that the discussion thread had been viewed over 16000 times and it kept on coming up to top again and again over years which to me indicated an interest at least by some members. Therefore I decided to open a new thread in the form of a poll so that at a glance those members interested can view preferences easily without having to read 21 pages lol. So this was the reason behind my decision to post this poll on the subject which has been proven to be of interest to many viewers and as I anticipated many members participate in it. No offence of any form or shape was intended neither was it intended to show that there is a deal made or breaker situation.

I think that a few of the almost 125 members who have participated in this Ottawa poll so far may care just a tiny miny bit lol :-). No seriously it isn't meant to show caring or a life and death situation. WE ALL LOVE KITTIES regardless. It is a simple poll meant to show an indication as what the preferences may be. I said "likely" because they thought 90-95%... which means a guess not definite but you are correct, I shouldn't have used a figure but rather should have said a high percent not sure how high..... I think that because I remember to have come across posts by a few SPs here that they said they shave because of their job and against their preference (and I am sure you remember it Megan because you were the thread opener). The poll result was a surprise to me personally. And as I said in my OP I strongly believe that SPs personal choice is by far more important that what others may prefer. This is just a poll that may be of interest to some and it is a choice to look at it or steer away from it. It is not about a poll that affects life and death or how the country should be run lol.

This is a poll. Totally different with the previous thread which was a discussion thread. As it has been said many times before you have the right to steer away if you find this thread or the other unappealing but over 110 people took part in the poll within a week. I understand that the poll result may not be to some people's liking but Please with all due respect, respect our right to have a poll, the result of which may be interesting at least to some members. The majority who voted for totally shaven is a small majorioty (only 55% and I expected close to 80%) so the fact that 90-95% of SPs shave (some possibly against their own preference to be unshaven or trimmed) likely because they thought 90-95% of men prefer totally shaven and the poll clearly indicates otherwise. That was my point. I NEVER ever implied that and never condone insults of any kind. In all my discussion posts I have indicated clearly freedom of choice and respect for individual's preferences and views. With 80 people voted and Pigale appear to be surging ahead as member's choice best strip bar of the region. Last year it was my choice too except that in my two recent visits it was so crowded that it was hard to sit with girls and enjoy or even catch one. And in my recent visits to Barbs I met really nice beautiful classy young ladies that I have reviewed recently. Besides Pigale is closed Saturdays until 8:00 pm whereas my fun time starts around 3:00 or 4:00 pm on Saturdays....
