I don't think that we are in depression. Certainly not Canada. Yes it may be hard to get the first job for recent graduate and even for a small minority to hold on to their jobs but the 1.8% annual growth we were having past year and will have this year is hardly a depression as far as Canada is concerned and US is growing too with hundreds of thousands of jobs created down there last quarter alone. So as why the stock market in North America is very high. It always happens when the recession ends and future (not present) looks bright. 2014 is expected to be the magic year for 2.5%+ growth in North American economy unless things get real bad in Europe and drag us down again once more. As for Europe, yes it is pretty bad over there and no end in sight for at least another couple of years. The reason was because a few corrupt governments mainly in Southern Europe kept spending beyond their means and then the Northern European countries and IMF started bailing them out with strict conditions on spending (sudden deep cuts) and then these cuts dragged them further into recession resulting in need for even more bail outs and demand for more cuts and more bail outs and more cuts .....and yes A VISIOUS CIRCLE. They didn't learn from past recessions and not only it didn't work for Southern Europe but it also dragged Northern Europe into recession too!!!!!!. Still not as bad as a depression in the 30's (which by the way was caused by deep cuts in already bad economic times) when massive unemployment and inflation resulted in Fascist take over of part of Europe and the world war. Hopefully this recession in Europe will end before history repeats itself. The only way out of depression or deep recession is to borrow temporarily and spent on massive infrastructure programs (the right way) or create a war and spend massively on military hardware (the wrong way) not to cut and cut and cut in bad economic times and create the well known vicious (downturn) economic circle.

I couldn't agree more and very happy to see more gents thinking that way and more providers advertising their encounters as dates. Good thread. An unusual regret many may say. My one regret in life is that I studies for so many years all the way to the highest degree and now in my mid 40's I have only 15 years of pension (not to mention I over-qualified myself for many jobs) and have to work another 20 years to have a comfortable retirement income. If I am born again I would only go up to the Bachelor's degree and go to work at 23 and retire when I will be 55 to enjoy the second half of my life travelling around the world.

Contribute to charities who are providing shelters to the most needy of all at home like battered women escaping abusive husbands/boyfriends and runaway kids and help them with their bright future. I know that cerb is about positivity and helping out (we had a well received thread on helping the natural disaster victims in Haiti a few years ago that even the media talked about it and about cerb very positively as how cerbites reach their pockets to help out victims) and cerbites have good hearts and that is why I decided to post this thread here, Thank you for reaching out.

There are many less fortunate people around the world who are hungry or sick or forced homeless due to war or natural disasters or even closer to home those charities providing shelters to battered women and those help runaway kids or put food on the tables for the poor and carry out many other good deeds. There are many charities which you can find by a simple Google search and choose the one(s) to your liking. I can guarantee that you will be rewarded big time. Remember if your finances allow hobbying it also should allow you to donate to good causes a bit. Think of the sick and hungry and rest assure that you can't wish it away, but only if you act as the song says tears are not enough anymore. Forgot about political corruptions overseas (in Canada at least it goes to the needy so no excuse for not giving to local charities) as the established charities (i.e World Vision) have ways to ensure it gets to the needy, especially their impressive child sponsorship programs which you receive letters and pictures of your (sponsored) children as they grow up. If you don't believe in heaven then I promise that you will be rewarded in this world as I was today. Yes today when I was filling my tax return I calculated an impressive sum back as governments (both Federal and provincial) return a big chunk of charity donations (I believe as much as 35% to 40% of my total donation. Now the dilemma is whether I donate what I will receive back to charities or I would instead spend it on myself....hmmmm Oh I think I will act a bit selfish and have a combined strip bar/escort using a good portion of my return one weekend lol :).

Live your life in a positive way, be kind and nice, do love and avoid hate, don't harm anyone and treat people the way you wish to be treated). What I said (and I thought I was clear) was that IF there is a God, heaven and hell (in other words if what they say about creation is true) then is anyone concerned about consequences of life after death.........

Not sure I have gone back to religion Conquistador but the recent thread "message from Jen" made me thinking in which her son predicted the deaths of himself and his father and asked his mother to stop working or face hell just before he died in a tragic car accident...... In addition there are three issues to the hobby. The legal, moral and safety issues. As for Legal aspects the outcall hobbying which I do is legal.
