My point exactly. SPs don't look for business in this section. That was why I thought a new section where they will look for business, will be nice and more interactive. I can't possibly contact so many SPs every Friday though to find out if they have not shaved for at least couple of weeks :-D. When I posted last spring asking for natural blondes, I didn't get any response either :-( (most likely because as you said SPs were not checking out this section). Anyway as i said that was just a suggestion.

Yes that was what I was suggesting (not wanting just proposing). I just wanted to see and assess the reactions that I get to this proposal. It would have been right to the point section that SPs can go and check and see if there are hobbyists asking for description and services they have or they offer. If all the comments posted in the current Courtesan / Escort Discussion section are being read by all SPs then that is fine too. I have posted for natutal blondes or unshaved kitties in this section in the past except that I did not receive any responses, that was why this idea came to my mind. It appears that the majority who have posted so far are against this idea and so I always go along with the will of the majority (beside I don't wish even more work for the mod) and retract from my original suggestion. BTW, I don't like hairy legs (yak), just unshaved kitties:-) and based on the post that I started about 20% of men have strong preference for that (but we can't find any SP like that). My understanding is that our discussion section is a general discussion area that could include any topic rather than a separate section exclusively for hobbyists posting the specific descriptions for a girl that they look for (blonde, brunette, african, oriental, latino, tall, short, large, small, shaved, unshaved, etc.), age range or specific services they desire to be provided (Daty, BBBJ, Greek, CIM, COF etc.). I am not sure that I get it as why this new section will limit the SPs participation or work against anyone who wishes to share in our community though, as I thought the opposite will happen. As the SPs will reply or PM suggesting that they will fit the descriptions/services but they will still continue to have their own section. And members can take part too if they are aware of anyone they have seen with suggestions (not every SP in Ottawa is reviewed on the board and even those reviewed, in many cases reviewes don't go into details of looks and especially details of services provided as understandingly they are preferred to remain private between themselves). But may be it is me who don't get it. Yes it is happening here already as isolated rather than regular posts. When I read the recent post for a hobbyist asking for an Erica Skye looker like, that was when I decided to suggest this new section which has been in my mind for a while. Anyways that was just a suggestion. This great board is expanding so fast and becoming so diversified and more interesting and more interactive everyday with many new members (new SPs in particular) and new sections may be warranted for all these reasons (we just added a very successful Strip bar section couple of months ago).

As a suggestion, I think it may be a good idea for hobbyists to also to have a section (similar to the one that SPs have) so that we can ask for what we are looking for and either an SP member or a hobbyist member who knows someone in that line can reply in that thread. For example, I am looking for a natural blonde in early to late twenties and\or any SP who has not shaved for at least two weeks. I wish there was a section I could ask for what I want as what I want keeps changing every week and I am sure I am not the only one (I guess that is the beauty of life:grin:). One week I may wish for a blonde and the next week for a brunette and the next oriental, African or Latino SP. Sometimes long beautiful hair and next a girl with short hair. I think, it can be an exciting new section 8). How about that??.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but I read many articles that circumsized ones are much less likely to catch SDD's (in particular HIV Aids), not to mention that it is easier to maintain good hygiene (but I am sure good hygiene is more up to the individuals than anything else).

Everytime I want to check an ad on CL (I am constantly looking for natural blue eyed blondes :-D, mostly advertised on CL), I check the number in Cowboy's diary and I have found it an excellent source of information as I have found many flagged ads (otherwise I would have called). In addition, I find some article very interesting and entertaining. BTW, something I learned recently. I use the Google Search (the arrow next to magnifying diagram on the top right hand side) to search quickly for the phone number if it is flagged or not. I thought to mention this as I thought there may be a few like myself who may not be aware of this. Thank you Cowboy for your time in saving us $$$$$'s.

Yes as I mentioned earlier this is the best option. However, it is something that I can do only on special occasions rather than regularly (every weekend) because of the cost associated with this option (normally double the usual cost of having either escort or strip bar).

I have had quite a few SPs with 819. The girls you saw at Pigale, most of them work on both sides of the river, some live on 613 side. Some 819 SPs also advertise in Sun as well as CL. I am sure there are a few who are also members here. But you are right there could be more that we don't know. When I get the newspaper across the river, I see plenty of ads there (not as much as Sun) that we don't hear about them. But again we rarely review SPs advertising in Sun too.

There are agencies in Ottawa having good SPs in the range of $180 to $220 (less for incalls even). PM me if you need to know more. But you are right it is harder to find independents in that range even compare to a year ago when I started the hobby.

I have never taken incalls so I can't comment directly on the subject of this thread only to add that everytime I invite a lady (an SP) to my place usually on a Saturday afternnon, I spend the large part of the morning to clean up my apartment and well decorate it and I expect the same from a lady provider if one day I start taking incalls. So, in summary I can sympathize with OttawaSocial in regard to his "not so pleasant" experiences with a few untidy incall locations.

I take outcalls only and usually (unless I call an agency which is rare) we exchange emails and my first and last names goes with my email everytime so yes I use my real names. I am single and I only take outcalls (which is legal) and don't have many reasons to worry about (none I can think of). If I should, please let me know.

I guess the best answer to the question can come from long time hobbyiests. Did the deep recessions of early 80's and early 90's (when there was a big cut back to government) affect the prices of escorts?. We can always predict the future by looking at the past.

I have been thinking about starting a thread asking those members who try both strip bars and escorts to comment. Which one is more fun. The strip bar or escort?. They both have their pros and cons. For example yesterday I chose strip bar option (I was at Playmate for better mileage, but usually Barbarellas is my favorite) I spent about $300 but I was with two blondes, two brunetts, a very young black girl and another young oriental girl (variety is what I really like) for a total of about 15 songs (a total of about 60 minutes) I also enjoyed many nude girls on the stage at the same time chatting and drinking with my favorite girls. I had real good time lasting hours. Whereas with escorts I spent the same amount but with only one girl for (usually less than) an hour. But on the other hand, having a girl in my apartment all nude with no limits on her (GFE SPs) and full light is the ultimate pleasure that nothing can match that :-). So it is a tough call as which one is better than the other. In my case, over the past year when I adopted the new hobby (and before it was strip club only), I call for escorts 3-4 times a month and once a month I go back to strip bars to see my long time friends there. I know plenty of girls in SCs and I don't want to completely lose track of them. But every Saturday around noon I have a tough time making up my mind which option to choose for my weekend entertainment and recently I am becoming more inclined towards the old habit (strip bars) than the new one (escorts).
