This is a long article since it is a comparative review. If you would prefer a brief article to the point, please choose the option and move to the next thread. I was cruising (Ottawa and Montreal) strip bars for years before switching to escorts last fall (and now for a short while I have switched back to strip bars to see my good old friends still working as dancers). I thought it may be useful if I start a thread on the strip bars in the National Capital Region to share my views and how I think these bars rank in comparison. It is important to note that the review and ranking are based on my personal experience and views and may vary widely for individuals and must not in any way reflect badly on any bar or individuals in the bar reviewed. Also if a bar is missing from my review it simply means my experience with that bar is not wide enough or recent enough to comment. Please feel free to share your views or add your comments to this thread that may confirm or be contrary to mine. Barbarella’s Diamonds: This was my most favourite bar. I met the most beautiful and classy girls in this bar. They have younger dancers in a classy environment. It has become an even better environment to have fun and relax with friendly young classy and beautiful girls. Used to be a bar with good mileage, however, recently the mileage has dropped because of the new bylaw closing the private rooms but dancers still try to give as much mileage as they possibly can. My most favourite dancer in this bar : Mary Jane – A beautiful classy dancer studying in the college and used to dance there for several years. Soft fair skin and big absolutely beautiful gorgeous blue eyes with very friendly attitude. Regretfully she stopped dancing there last year as she graduated from college. Another favourite (Suzy tall slim brunette) also stopped dancing recently as she went back to school. Present favourites: Kitty (beautiful brunette), Divine (beautiful blonde) and a new girl called Sin (incredible soft skin, I hope I spelled her name right) and Missy (pretty brunette). Pigale: Located in Gatineau, it is a classy bar. I haven’t been there for a long time, however, the mileage used to be low (dancers had to keep their underwear even for $20 dances - not so anymore), the mileage has improved in recent year. Some more mature dancers (with possibly not real breasts) and a day time waitress with attitudes. Good place to have a beer or wine and watch the stage after a hard day, as many dancers, some very good looking dancers will perform one after the other. Barefax: Located in Downtown Ottawa it has a large number of girls (shared with Pigale) in the evenings only. Not the friendliest bar, but have a large number of good looking girls. The mileage used to be low (dancers had to keep their underwear even for $20 dances. Not so anymore), the mileage has improved recent year. Best to have a beer or wine and watch the stage. The open champaign rooms are upstairs and the air is not fresh within the bars (no air circulation). Playmate Club: Used to be my favourite bar. They had many dancers with best mileage in town. As a result of new bylaw, many dancers left and nowadays they have relatively fewer dancers with lower (than previously) mileage. It is a friendly environment as many regular customers chat with girls and the staff. The environment has improved since they have new staff. My most favourite dancer in this bar: Nadia – A beautiful brunette born in Canada who lives in Montreal with roots from Slovenia. Very friendly girl with soft fair skin. Regretfully she stopped dancing couple of years ago as she graduated from university and started working in her field. My present favourites: Suzy (a blonde) and Jessica (a brunette with glasses) both look younger than their age and Tamika who is a very cute small very young looking doll with great attitude and friendly dark brunette (spanish) Mia and small French Jessica with cute accent who swiches bars all the time. Nu Den : Very large bar with plenty of evening girls. The stage is so far up that it is not possible to see the girls on the stage. Not a place to sit and watch the girls. Average mileage in the champaign room. The day time bouncer is walking all the time and preventing people from having fun and girls making money. My most favourite dancer in this bar – Jessica a very cute tall and slim short hair brunette with soft fair skin and very friendly attitude and Vlasta (a very sexy dancer of dutch origin). Regretfully Jessica has stopped dancing as she found another job last year. But I think Valaska is still there. My long time favorite Porshia (aka Foxy at CC) also dances at NuDen. She is a beautiful natural blonde doll who I met 7 years ago at Cabaret Canada when she was only 18. A real doll and friendly lady/ Club 77 : I haven’t been to this bar for years and I am not sure if they are still open. Used to be a great bar offering $10 dancers many years ago packed with customers from Ottawa and Gatineau. They changed to $20 dances (although no contact $10 and $15 is available) and lost most of their customers. They have a big sign in the Champaign rooms saying NO KISSING OF BREASTS and most dancers obey that. Not a high mileage bar and too far to drive from Ottawa. My most favourite dancer in this bar – Virginie – A beautiful brunette (half Hungarian) travelling from Montreal used to dance there many years ago and regretfully has stopped dancing many years ago. Cabaret Taboo: Used to be my favourite bar with high mileage. It has quiet down recently and some staff with attitudes. The place used to be packed with customers day and night with many young beautiful girls. Not so anymore. My most favourite dancer in this bar – Bailey – A beautiful brunette (Neve Compbell looker like at 21) with very friendly attitude. I think she has stopped dancing. My present favourite is Jennifer who just started college and is now dancing part time there. Cabaret le Pink: A large bar with plenty of late evening girls. They are closed daytime and real action starts only are after 9 or even 10:00 pm. A good place to sit and enjoy the stage. The mileage is relatively low in the Champaign rooms. Champaign rooms are open (not fully private). I am also hoping for individuals to jump in and add their comments from their perspective in order to provide a less subjective review. Since I started the hobby last fall I have been taking outcalls only (at my place of residence), because: Advantages of outcalls: 1 - I read (on this board from a very reliable source - the mod) that outcalls are legal - Big Advantage. I can feel relax and enjoy my time. 2 - I have the home advantage (i.e at night I can turn all the lights on and day time clear away blinders and see the beauty in full light). 3 - I don't have to drive around town (with a map in my hand) and find the incall locations. With gas prices going through the ceiling I can save on gas too. 4 - I can arrange the session the way that I like (wine, chocolate, king size bed). 5 - If I didn't like the girl (case of Bait and Switch, or not something I expected or asked for) and I don't take the girl, then it will be her (or the agency) money (on transportation) and time (on the road) wasted and not mine. Disadvantages of outcalls: 1 - Outcalls have the disadvantage of the fact that the girl will know where you live (may drop by unannounced and embrassed you). This is important if you are married. 2 - The girl's boyfriend or pimp also know where you live, but since outcalls are legal they can not blackmail you and you can call the police if they bother you without being charged. This will not be a problem of course with reputable SPs or most agencies. 3 - The driver may park in your runway all the time (or in the close neighbourhood), hopefully not in neighbour's driveway by mistake:). 4 - It is harder to take outcalls if you don't live in an apartment. 5 - There is usually a fine (between $20 to $40) if you don't take the girl even if there is a good reason. I haven't taken incalls but I can think of a few comments: Disadvantages of Incalls: 1 - Incalls are illegal. 2 - I would feel stressed, and unconfortable to be in a strange place. 3 - You can be blackmailed or jumped on by a pimp or boyfriend who may be hiding next door (very rare but possibility is there). Again not a problem with reputable SPs. 4 - You have to drive around to find the incall locations. Advantages of Incalls: 1 - Incalls normally are a bit less expensive. 2 - You can walk away easy if it is Bait and Switch but you have to pay for the money (on gas or fare) and time (time you spend on the road). 3 - There is no fine if you decide not to take the girl for whatever reason. Sorry for the long response, but I think that I covered all pros and cons (that you asked for) that I could think of. lionheart

Great review click. I normally don't trust CL but as kih said, you confirm her picture was true. I share some of your views too (that I want the girls I see to be in profession by choice and that I don't wish to be the second guy of the day) and I can relate to these. Just one question - Without going into details (as you probably don't wish to) was she a GFE? (a safe GFE of couse) or some restrictions applied? I am thinking of may be calling for her.

After your article last page, I just assumed that it is an old picture of her and she has gained lots of weight since picture taken. I didn't complain (because I had no proof that the picture is not hers at that time) but didn't call her back either since I received confirmation PM that she is still heavy. The other reason (that I didn't insist that it is not her picture) was that she could have been easily the girl in the picture plus extra 50 lbs. She had fair skin, blue eyes, good looking face (on the heavy side but not saggy) and although overweight, still quite desirable. She would be a very attractive girl if she loses the extra weight for sure (at least as attractive as Kelly Clarkson whom she was trying to impersonate).

Thanks to both yourself and your buddy twiz for catching this one (I think some credit should go to spiker too on the other board) and the disclosure. In my article back in May, I did express my doubts about her picture. I suspected either it is not her picture or it is an old picture of her (who has gained at least 50 Ibs since the picture taken). But I could not prove it at the time. Thanks for providing the proof now.

I noticed this agency long time ago (and another one with pictures of models called "above the stars") but decided to stay away from both (in my view the pictures were too good to be true). I can tell you that Cindy's pictures on CL were authentic. She was even prettier in person with exceptional service and a will to please. I don't know about others on CL. I was tempted to TOFFT a few blondes (Lola, Roxane, Destiny, Sasha) but everytime I was reminded of Nina's fake picture that was discovered by Cowboy Kenny and I changed my mind. Christina worked as Cindy for the new Millenium agency back in May and early June and then disappearred. Unless she is working with another name somewhere else that I don't know. Yes you are right Alyxia is working as independent but I think since she is advertising on CL (not a respected site like Escorts Canada) then she may not have taken by anyone on this board and that is probably why there is no review for her here.

I have had three girls from this agency so far and my experiences range from excellent (for one of the girls) to very good (for a second girl) and not so good (for the third one). My experiences with this agency is not broad enough to recommend (or comment about) the agency at this time. All I am saying is that (may be out of luck or may be not) I had 66% success rate with this agency (almost identical to PK which I have had many girls).

If I am right about the agency you are referring to, then I was lucky to TOFTT and get a great girl from that agency. It was Christina recommended by myself and a second reviewer who also had excellent time with her. I stopped calling that agency once fake pictures were posted by that agency (discovered by CK).

You are welcome. My toft was worth it for sure but unfortunately when I called for Victoria again this weekend she was no longer available. She was a Montrealer who travelled to Ottawa on one occasion (Victoria long weekend) hoping to make a lot of money but unfortunately I don't think she was very happy about travelling too frequently (and I don't think she made as much as she hoped for either). Not a right thing to blame it on customer. If he was no angle, then he should have been asked to leave with his $400 back (or at least part of it). How come he was angle before he did this review as he had several of your girls before last night and suddenly he is on your blacklist!!!. Not the best way to discourage fair reviews. Why the girls didn't complain about him right after and suddenly after his review, he became no angle. Anyways, the fact that one girl working while in her period is not acceptable (and is no custmor's fault) and the other has been reviewed before as case of YMMV (depending on extra $$$s) and what he is saying about Brandy is consistent with past reviews (on both boards). Which part of his review is not true? The part that Nina was in her period while working or the part that Brandy was asking for more money in order to provide basic GFE services?.

I am sorry to have to break it to you but there are no guarantees in this business. Me too, on two occasions was told by same agency that I will be receiving GFE girls only to find out they were not when I was a newbie (like you may be) to the hobby and the board. I learned my lesson and now I spend time to do a good search on both boards before deciding what agency (or independent) to call or which girl to ask for.

Sorry to hear about your "not so pleasant" experience. I am surprised at Nina as she is consistently recommended including by myself (may be because she was in her period or not in charge) but honestly not surprised to hear about Brandy. A good search on Brandy would have indicated to you that she might be a case of YMMV (depending on extra $$$s). I was thinking on having Brandy last month but after a good search (on both boards) changed my mind. It is my recommendation to you (my 2 cents advise) to always do a good search before choosing your girl. It pays off spending the extra time on saving $$$$s. I don't know why you are asking specifically about those touring Ottawa since there are plenty of great service providers right here in Ottawa.
