Always! Recently just did a major cleaning of my apartment. I gave away four bags of clothing/jackets/shoes. And I always give to Second Harvest especially at this time (and try to volunteer for them if my schedule aligns--but not this year :( )

iPhone 5 with a lifeproof case because I drop my phone literally ALL the time. Lol it fell out of my jacket pocket while walking and into a puddle, still works! The lifeproof case keeps my phone save! I like my case more than my phone I think lol

I love politics, sex, wine and law (and in no specific order)! A true northern girl... so much so I would love to visit Nunavut! I am most passionate about helping others when and where I can! Volunteering gives me great joy and I would say that is my number one passion. Nothing makes my life more fulfilling than helping others! I volunteer a lot with organizations dedicated to brain injury survivors, and when I meet each new person who is living with a brain injury whether traumatic or acquired, it reminds me to be grateful for my own life, family, and friends. OMG! I will never watch that movie. Everyone I know said they walked out on it in theaters because it was too scary (I can't even watch the previews of scary movies...THAT and I always need cuddles later. So who ever I watch a scary movie with has to agree to cuddles later lol) A funny movie (IMO) I watched recently was "For a good time call..." It was about two friends who operated a phone biz together.

I really enjoy the saying, "everyone has a story to tell." Personally for me, when I meet someone new or reconnect with someone, I see it as a chance to learn something or grow into a better person (sounds sort of selfish but in a way it's a way we engage and find shared meaning within one another). I don't think I have met anyone that made me say, "wow, I would like to get to know that person better." Rather, the people I have crosse paths with in my life, have tended to make me say, "wow! I am really glad I met that person" because everyone has a story to tell!

JT also did an interview in a Toronto magazine. He was asked what he thought about the issue. I appreciated his answer in wanting make sure that adequate consultation was done (which hopefully, if done, includes sex work orgs). New Zealand has completely decrim model in place and I hope the courts can at least look to them for ways to move forward that is more inclusive for all--not just a certain type of sex worker.
