  1. There's a couple assumptions there (not necessarily wrong, but possibly not correct either). The argument being made is that we can purchase less expensive planes that will *still* allow us to meet our military needs and obligations. In addition, everything you say about the navy is only a bigger argument in favour of going for less expensive planes, since the plan is to put the majority of the savings into the navy, where arguably it will do much more good. As with most things, we'll have to see how it actually plays out, but it seems a solid plan to my eyes, at least. It certainly seems to have a higher chance of resulting in real improvement than committing the funds to equipment that isn't necessarily required.
  2. She was a member here a couple years back: https://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=80739 And has a few recommendation: http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=172258&highlight=jennydiamond She is friendly, professional, and her pictures are accurate. Not a "girlfriend experience" if that is your preference, but she is certainly legit, skilled, and has a lovely french accent.
  3. I really try to be aware of my own biases. It's too easy in sports and religion and politics to see only the good in your side and the bad in the other. It's confirmation bias at it's most strong: you surround yourself by friends who feel the same as you do and focus on articles and news that supports your belief while ignoring or fighting back against any that criticize. And yet, all that said, I find it hard to see how even long time Conservative voters can't be annoyed with how Harper has handled this election. I mean, why cost taxpayers all the money of having such a long election when you refuse to discuss issues? Not showing up for debates, only accepting pre-approved questions, etc. If all you wanted was to read off your talking points and list a promises, we could have done all this in a week! And I am truly sickened by the strategy of garnering support and distracting from real issues with the niqab debacle. So much time and energy (and hate!) was spent on something that's essentially a non-issue. I don't even like posting that I don't like it since it makes me part of what keeps people talking about it! :P Even those who try to frame it as woman's-rights and not simple prejudice are off base. If you see it as oppression then you have to make a society where women feel safe and comfortable to dress as they like. You can't legislate equality by telling a woman what she can and cannot wear! What really depresses isn't that the Conservatives would try this tactic; but that it seems to actually have been so effective.
  4. Like "openminded" and "ymmv" it can mean slightly different things depending on who you ask, but overall it seems to mean exactly what it implies: the lady is open to requests of at least some activities considered a fetish. It's probably easier to clarify what it doesn't mean: it doesn't mean the lady will do everything or anything! But there are certain activities you're at least more likely to find someone who is willing and interested to indulge in. Like feet? Well, someone who is fetish friendly is probably more likely to discuss your interest. I tend to interpret it as permission to feel comfortable discussing certain activities considered less vanilla (though that too is a subjective term). Again, it doesn't mean anything goes (there are, after all, about as many fetishes as there are cats on the Internet), but you can likely at least feel safe asking the question/making the request/expressing your interests. Of course, this is the "ask an escort" thread, not the "ask random guy killing time" thread; so no doubt the ladies can add more or correct me if I'm off base. :)
  5. The pictures likely look awesome because they seem to be Colombian fitness model Daniela Lanio. So technically speaking, the pictures are, as the ad states, "real".
  6. I know what you mean. The spinoff has made me more anxious and excited for the next season of the original. I'm planning on giving it more time because I suspect it will get better as we get to know the characters, but I can't say it has grabbed me as quickly as Rick and Company has.
  7. I don't think bikerdude ever claimed to have seen every sp in the area. It was the OP who used those words with, I think, a bit of hyperbole, as Bikerdude had been posting quite a few reviews in short order.
