A thread for discussing or sharing pictures of cosplay. Don't know what cosplay is? Short for "costume play", it's when you dress up as a particular character from fiction, be it a novel, movie, or video game.

NoName420, there are no guarantee's in this life, but Miss Sophia is giving you some good advice. We can't expect all the onus, work, and trust to be on the SP's side. We're actually lucky that we can use the recommendations and such to get a good idea that someone is professional and trustworthy. A hobbyist who does some homework and messaging is probably less at risk of disappointment than the SP. I may also suggest that you be very welcoming of anyone who is willing to travel, as that's more likely to make them--and others--come back. Good luck!

Especially given some of the replies in the "favourite accent" thread, I'll be very surprised if some Hugh Jackman pics don't find their way onto this thread... Oh hell, you ladies give us so many photos, let me see what I can find for you... Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go check the latest "I like boobies" posts...

Cute story, Amelia. There's actually a "coverage index" chart that was created, showing the typical range and levels of foreskin coverage. http://www.newforeskin.biz/CI/CIchart.htm At first glance the page is a bit amusing but apparently the whole thing was originally developed for education purposes for men undergoing foreskin restoration. Anyway, it seemed topical. And I wonder how many guys start measuring themselves right after seeing it! On the flip side, if you Google "clitoral hood coverage chart" you'll find a similar page for the ladies.

Though I'm more of a lingerie fan myself, there is something undeniably sexy about a woman in costume (to be fair I suppose some would say men as well, but I'm biased.) I've seen many people post either asking about or advertising their outfits: - nurse, secretary, maid, and so on; sometimes with roleplay in mind, sometimes just for the fun, naughty look. So I was a bit surprised--and please correct me if I just missed it--that when I looked through the social groups there didn't seem to be anything for those that enjoy dressing up or roleplay. I thought maybe I'd create one but was curious first to see if there is any interest for it. Or as a relative newcomer is there anything I should know before doing so? If there interest, any ideas for the name of the group? I'm thinking a straightforward "Uniform and Roleplay Lovers" but would enjoy hearing other suggestions... I have indeed been surprised by who I've met at the door vs. photos, but luckily that's because so far the lady has always been even more attractive in the flesh than can come across in a photo (plus they smell better!...hmm, if only it were possible to post scratch 'n sniff photos...) But to your main question: "I do hope that most people would understand the differences between switch and baits compared to a change of appearances?" I would think that should generally be a safe assumption to make. Myself, I tend to go back and forth on a regular basis between a well-trimmed beard or completely cleanshaven look. I'm sure glad no one would expect me to update my Facebook profile every time I do so! And yes, there's a big difference between posting a ten-year old photo or a picture of someone else off as yourself vs. simply enjoying a new hair due. Also, most people gain and lose a few pounds throughout the year and surely it's unrealistic to expect pre and post Thankgiving turkey dinner albums! A tattoo or piercing is also something that should be assumed could have either been added after a picture was posted, or removed from the photo for confidentiality reasons. Basically, my view is if a particular hair colour, style or anything else cosmetic displayed in a picture is a sticking point for a client, then the onus is them to ask the provider ahead of time if that is still their current look. Is it nice if an SP posts regular updates of pictures? Of course, who doesn't like admiring more photos and seeing a new look! Is it on the level of bait-n-switch or "fake" if they don't? No way.

I'm willing to admit I may be overtired and so too easily amused, but I thought maybe it would be fun to take a common saying or proverb and see if it couldn't be--improved--by replacing one word. A breast in the hand is worth two in the bush. A condom a lay keeps the doctor away. Stick and stones will break my bones, but boobs will never hurt me. Good things come to those who mate. I can't take credit for this one, but of course there's always "A hard man is good to find." I'm sure there's others...

Is there jealousy?
Brad replied to theliquor (Lost but not fo's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
It's nice and reassuring to hear these kinds of responses. In one sense, I'll admit that I'm jealous--though that might not be quite the right word--of some of the other hobbyists who are able to enjoy these wonderful encounters more often than me. Of course I'm so grateful to each lady I have been able to meet so far, and count myself lucky that I can participate at all. I also like to think that since I only rarely am able to indulge that it makes each encounter more special and memorable. And while I think there is some truth to that, if I'm being honest with myself I know that if I were in a position to do so I'd be seeing the ladies here on a much more regular basis! Because these encounters are rare for me, I have not yet had a repeat session with the same person. Hypothetically, I'd like to think that a lady may be complimented by the fact that I had to take some time preparing for the opportunity to enjoy her company, but that's not exactly a topic I would bring up in person. This may be silly, but I don't want someone to think that I'm not calling back because I was in any way unsatisfied or ungrateful. And while I always try to express my thanks in words, I'll be much happier when I can pay my compliments in the form of a repeat encounter. Until then, it's nice to know that people are generally understanding and not jealous. -
Wise words, Mr. Monster, wise words.

"Your link does not work....." I'm pretty sure when a lady tells you that it means you failed the sex quiz. :icon_wink:

Yay! Congratulations on the milestone. Always enjoy reading your posts; hope you keep them coming! -
When it's available, I drink an unconscionable amount of egg nog. I know it's a hit or miss drink for most people, but every year when I see it back in the stores for the first time I do a happy little gig right in the isle.

How do you handle Worry and Stress
Brad replied to someguy's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I know just what you mean. Though I have to admit in some situations if I imagine the worst possible scenario I don't actually find it comforting, or have trouble thinking how I'd accept it! But yes, for most situations your strategy works. For myself, I find reading is my refuge. I always have a book on my bedside table, and find that even a few pages of an engaging story will distract me from any worries and settle my brain, preparing me for a good night's sleep. Good literature can be a balm. -

I won't repeat the already great information that others have already given you, but I do want to say the fact that you found your way to CERB already puts you ahead. This isn't to say there aren't many fabulous people on other sites, but as a relative newcomer here myself I can tell you there's no better place than CERB for getting information, talking with some witty and intelligent people, and basically being surrounded by everything that's positive in this business. I count myself lucky that when I finally worked up the nerve to contact a service provider for the first time she was all one could hope for: understanding of my own first-time jitters, easy conversationalist, and yes--incredibly sexy. I got an education in more ways than one, and it was part of a conversation with her which eventually helped me find my way here. I'll end by saying take your time to read through the "new to this" threads. There's a lot there but it's great information. I won't say "don't be nervous" because I know that such is impossible advice at this point, but feel OK knowing that nervousness is normal and as long as you respect boundaries you'll have no reason to feel ashamed.

What are your some of your idiosyncracies
Brad replied to Andee's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Whenever I get a chocolate bunny for Easter, I make it a personal challenge to see if I eat the ears last. It's harder than you think! That's right, I'm quite the rebel... But hey, at least it's not something truly crazy like... -
I certainly like to think I notice (but I guess if I don't notice something I wouldn't know that I didn't notice it...whow, got myself dizzy there). Variety is the spice of life, so I enjoy and appreciate different looks, but all things being equal I enjoy when the Lady has a bit of glam. It makes the encounter seem like even more of a special occasion, something that was worth dressing up for. Somewhat related to Crissy's point, but I think it's also important not to confuse "glam" with overdoing it. For instance, you know someone is skilled at putting their make up on when it's not necessarily obvious how long was spent applying it. Back to the original question though, I'm free with compliments but I do try to be somewhat selective, and pick out those things that either especially stand out, or perhaps hone in on something that may usually go unnoticed. It seems to me the sincerity of the compliments comes through better this way. After all, wouldn't it seem like someone was trying a bit too hard if they offered a comment on every feature, or sounded like they were running through a checklist? Especially when, beyond the visual, there's also usually so much to admire and compliment on smell, taste, touch, personality...

What's your favourite accent?
Brad replied to Brad's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
This is for you then, Touch (sorry, couldn't help myself :icon_lol:) -
I did a search but didn't see this question already, so I'm wondering what accent is music to your ears? Is there one where the person could be reading from the dictionary but you could still listen to them all day? For me, there's just something about a lady with a Scottish or Irish accent that will always get my attention. So how about it? Do you dream to have someone with the voice of Antonio Banderas or Salma Hayek chat with you? Or is it a gentleman of France that will make you swoon; perhaps a lady from down under?
