  1. Big hugs to you Gabby. Hope the rest of the month goes much better leading into a fantastic October.
  2. Nowhere and would build in the middle so I can say I live in the middle of Nowhere
  3. If only both the players and owners could think more like the CFL does. Average salary there is 82,500 for the effective 25 weeks or so of work which is quite livable for most. The tickets for fans are affordable, the owners make money and usually the games are interesting and of good quality so everyone ends up happy. I do know that many of the CFL players also have regular jobs that they go to in the off seasons but in reality that is also a good thing as it means that they are prepared for the future when playing a game for fun (and pay) is no longer possible for them.
  4. I just finished the book and like mrrnice2 had a lot of difficulty reading it, not entirely from the content, which was sad and tragic, but more from the writing style. From reading about the author her personal style is to write as a child would. For me reading that is difficult based on the quick changes in stories and topics that is normal as well as the inability to get invested in a topic as things change to quickly or when just getting invested things change and there is no real closure. The main part I did like is that the book was based on a true location and I am hoping real places within Montreal. I find books that have that in them to an extent do a good job of pulling people in as they get to recognize places and can identify with the locations if they are familiar with them. Not being from Montreal myself I am interested in knowing, from those that are, how accurately the different locations are portrayed, taking into consideration the estimated real time being portrayed in the book.
  5. I have been lucky and have had two meetings with Summer. She knew that I was very new to this and from the start of our meetings was very amazing at putting me at ease and removing any nervousness I had when arriving. She is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor that keeps you guessing as to where she is going next. She is a very sensual and caring lady who takes her time in getting to know you and what you are looking for and then, at least for me, far exceeds expectations. I can hardly wait for my next opportunity to spend some time with this wonderful lady.
  6. I am proud of my parents who recently celebrated their 45th anniversary and are still as active and supportive to everyone as when they met.
  7. Getting out the the cottage for the first time in a month just to get a text that a project at work has broken and needed me to be back to fix and retest. Made worse by it being a 5 second fix that easily could have waited for Monday.
  8. Almost anything from Sacha. Always have to read the ads to see what the story will be behind the title this time.
  9. I can honestly say that this issue was something that was a concern to me as well, before I found CERB. From all the posts here as well as a number of conversations with a few of the amazing ladies here that issue was easily laid to rest, for which I am very appreciative.
  10. West end for me. Going downtown for me is normally only by bus or if someone else is driving (which would not happen here) as I hate trying to drive in most cities downtown areas
