Most clubs will be open but with limited hours. Can't help you with specifics, but I'd be surprised if anywhere would be open for lunch.

Emerald is usually around during the days, though I know she works doubles sometimes into the night. If you come in before 6 on a weekday or even Saturday, you'll probably see her. While she has purple hair and is a total stunner, I would say she's quite fair-skinned rather than caramel. She's been rocking a gorgeous pin-up look lately!

I don't think that's the same girl. The one I'm talking about speaks both Russian and Japanese and has as sexy accent. She's also on the shorter side. Apparently Mina/Mira is a common stage name for Russian girls!

There's a girl who matches your description who was just at Barb's. She travels in from Toronto and will either be working tonight or going back home. Not sure how often she comes up or if she's been to Pigale, but she's a total stunner, half Russian half Japanese, and has a great rack! I think she went by Mina.

Clubs here don't really book feature girls anymore nowadays. There are still some regular dancers who put on incredible stage shows (Maude and Brooklyn, to name a few) but stage isn't where dancers make their money, so most don't pull out all the stops for their rotations - especially when they're going up as often as once an hour during shifts with fewer girls working.

Ottawa strip clubs can only be opened at addresses that previously had licenses, so there certainly won't be any new land zoned throughout the city, and we've sadly seen a few establishments close and never reopen.

There's nothing as far west as Kanata. Your closest option is the Silver Dollar on Merivale in Nepean.

Your best bet will be Excitable's on Preston or AFS on St. Laurent. There are a few Classixxx locations scattered throughout the city as well, if neither of those locations work for you. Shoes don't run cheap in Ottawa though - expect to pay $80-100+ in store.

Are you asking about Barbarella's? It's located at 340 Queen Street, on the corner of Lyon Street. It's by Wellington Street, between Bronson and Kent.

While there is certainly some crossover between a few dancers/cam girls, I don't think it's a very high amount. Despite being in the same industry, they're both very different jobs. For one thing, stripping is much more anonymous and controlled. With camming, your face is forever out there on the Internet and it's impossible to track down everywhere screenshots/recordings end up. Not to mention, being at the club is inherently much more social than working from home. They're both just such different experiences - both for performer and client - that I don't think they have too great of an impact on each other.

There aren't many dancers on here, so I'm not sure how much luck you'll have searching on CERB. There are quite a few private party agencies in Ottawa though, so I'd recommend checking those out. Good luck!

This is totally true and I very much agree. If a girl is modelling under her stage name, it's not like she's being very discreet about her two worlds, so it's sort of inevitable that some people will put two and two together.

Nah, we're just magical creatures who don't sweat. ;) In all seriousness though, we do certainly freshen up in the DR when we can, but I'm not sure how common showering is. Lots of ladies spend a long time on their hair and make up, so showering several times or even once a shift isn't the best way to spend time. I also don't think there are showers in many clubs... Not at Barb's or the Fax at least! That said: There's hand sanitizer in the CR, and many dancers both use it themselves and insist on their customers using it as well, so I'd say it's fairly inaccurate to say that there's urine on our boobs.

That link is mostly accurate, though I'd say expect more like $5-10 for a drink, depending on what you are getting. Table dances are $10 but they're rarely done. You can get a proper lap dance for $20. Cover is only there at night, so if you go in the afternoon, you'll avoid that. Food varies, though there's not much for under $10 on the menu. Enjoy!

Tuesdays are generally one of the quieter days at Barb's, but I think it was dead mostly because of the time you were there. 6pm is a fairly quiet time on most weekdays since the after work crowd and day girls have gone home, and the night crowd and night girls are slowly trickling in. On the plus side, if you go to the CR when it's like that, you're pretty much guaranteed to have the place to yourself! ;)

Most clubs should be! Some might just have slightly reduced hours though. Barb's, for example, isn't opening until 1pm and won't have a lunch buffet.

Perhaps it's all in the delivery, but I actually often ask who if someone tells me they are waiting for someone. Not because I think it's a lie, but because if she doesn't know you're there or that you're there for her specifically, I can go get her or at least let her know that you're waiting for her. I've had girls do that for me, so it's something I try and do for others as well.

I would say most dancers would be totally fine and actually happy with you being upfront, as long as you are polite and not wishy washy about it. Simply say you're not there for dances today, and thank her for dropping by to say hi. There are, of course, some dancers who will be unhappy regardless of what you say unless it's "ok let's go for a dance," so you won't be able to please everyone. However, despite what Butterfly Kisses pointed out that we pay to work and lap dances (not drinks or stage shows) are how we make our money, when it comes down to it, the strip club is your entertainment venue. We want to make money, yes, but you are there to have fun and be entertained in whatever way you want (within the rules heh), so you should never feel bad about wanting to have control over how your visit goes. It's okay not to get dances, though a stage tip or two is much appreciated if you plan on just drinking and watching the stage show. ;)
