Canada day in my small home town is Always a biiig deal. for 3 days there are parades dances and activities. I always loved the doll stroller parade and the frog and turtle races :) and I lived on a border town with Maine so then you'd rest up for a couple days then go 'Ova tha Borda' and do it all over again for independence day.

I love commercials. My marketing instructor used to spend hours dissecting and analyzing every subtlety of ads. also I spent a couple years with just internet TV and I REALLY miss commercials when I don't have them. one I always loved was a DQ commercial for the blizzard. The father is carrying his toddler in one of those carrier things and when he doesn't give the kid a bite of his blizzard the kid kicks him in the nuts Additional Comments: I also love the new nike commercial where they're trying to get the flex style sneakers (that are sooooooo comfy fyi) out of the claw machine while the runners are being called to the starting line. it makes me giggle :)

My step Father had passed away a few weeks ago from a heart attack. As the only positive male role model in my life he will truly be missed. Knowing he will be remembered fondly with his huge smile and even bigger heart by everyone that knew him lessens the hurt. Knowing he died without suffering helps too :). you never know, someday I may get a wolf tattoo to commemorate him. He LOVED Wolves.
