Regarding the label of cheap... If you went to a restaurant with friends and your bill came out to 36 dollars. This is something I have played around with before. There are a few free software packages that will do what you need, try broadcam. It's commercial, but free to use if you add a link to their site. Otherwise google is your best friend to find other options. I am a little confused by your network assessment. I am not sure of any residential provider offering a 100mbs upstream connection. Double check to see what your upstream connection actually is (go to speedtest.net). That's an interesting question. I could do the flirty thing and tell you there is no clock. We all know that's not true. We have our schedules and need to balance them with making it feel like a non rushed experience. Here is my opinion, it really depends on you.... A provider never wants to put you in the position where she has to push you out the door. If she needs to have you leave, you will need to be able to read her queues to know when it's time to go. If you are a person who cannot pick up on those subtle messages then you may need to play time cop yourself. It is the providers responsibility to tell you the session is over. Petro canada and speakout do run on Rogers network :) But for some reason not all Rogers locked phones can flip to those carriers. It may work, but it doesn't always. Hi Just wanted to add a little to this thread as I am not sure that it was all correct :) Petro canada and Rogers are not the same carrier, so if your phone is locked to Rogers it likely will not work with a petro canada SIM card. If you are out of contract Rogers will unlock your phone. I believe they charge 50 dollars. You can also do it yourself if you get the codes. Just google your phone brand and unlock and you will find a lot of sites that can help. Might be easier to pay Rogers the 50 though lol xo Kelly

We have gone way off topic, but here is an interesting secret path to better customer service that often works. Canadian companies outsource their English call centers overseas, but if you choose the French option you will often get a very capable bilingual person who will glady support you in English. I know this works with Bell specifically. As for the original question please post the model and brand of laptop. There is usually a key that you can hold on boot that will force the laptop to boot in recovery mode, and give you the option for a full reinstall. Thanks! Kelly

If you are talking about the iphone blocking feature that was put into the latest release of the iphone, the person on the other end will likely know they are blocked if they attempt to call you. They will hear a couple of rings and then a fast busy signal. If they text you there will be no indication of any blocking.
