If it were me I'd tell her I knew her but would be discrete, it doesn't sound like you've seen each other in a long while, why not have some fun. After all its likely that neither of you want others to know what you're doing, so discretion should;t be an issue. I appreciate that most here disagree with this idea, but thats my opinion.
