If you want to go on stage use a $5 to tip the dancers. I know that tipping the dancer on stage is the right thing if you're sitting at the front of the stage. Also if you don't plan on going for dances with the dancer on stage its a way to say thanks for the show. I know it seems rude but I personally think tipping a $1 or $2 while she is on stage is okay.
