For me it depends on what I am looking for when I want a to meet with a lady. My norm is ask about their meet and great($). If they have time for a drink (coffee, tea, water, beer, a bottle of tequila or sambuca) and we connect. When I am in that city I contact them to go for dinner and drinks.
