I had the same experience as czar and curiousm7. The old Triple AAA spa in Vanier has been completely transformed into ALO East North/Oasis Royale Spa. Now a really nice place, on par with the other upscale spas in town. And now managed by the well-respected ALO Group. Well worth a visit :)

I have no experience with SP's. But I have to say that in my experience with MA's, (ok, Alexxandria and Vitto at ALO Spas), if you are fortunate, you may have a special connection with people sometimes, when it goes way beyond money to a personal connection of affection and caring. Sure, the relationship has its practical limits, but it is personal and wonderful! Additional Comments: I have no experience with SP's. My recommendation is Oasis Spa on St. Laurent, only a short drive from Trainyards. The location is upbeat, clean and pleasant. Both Vitto and Alexxandria are great! They are usually at Oasis at least once a week.

Of course, like most things in life, it's all very personal. I like Pistol Pete's comments. I am in my 60's, while my spirit is 23, without trying to pretend I am younger than I am.
