I would go with Airport Motor Inn over Malborough. Airport Motor Inn is much cleaner than Malborough. Or at least it was in 2010. Malborough still had very thick smokey smell throughout the building. Rooms were cheaper and bigger at Airport Motor Inn. Parking's free at Airport Motor Inn. With side doors and less people hanging around the building, it's easier for ladies to come and go without a lot of people noticing at Airport Motor Inn.

I usually book few days in advance (as early as a week for local and 3-4 weeks for touring ladies), because I'm quite anal and I have a pretty tight/predictable schedule. Once I've booked in advance, I'll call/text/email a day before or in the morning of the date to confirm. The second call is just to make sure that the lady hasn't forgotten about my appointment and she hadn't made a plan of her own.
