I hope I was wrong, Living in Winnipeg has made me touchy about this subject. I do volunteer at an inner city Centre for youth. And almost all are native. The sound of someone knocking on a door will be heard all over your floor. It really carries. Also some people are very loud, especially when greeting someone. I went through there years ago, never seen anything like it. So many women and so many of them really really attractive. The Spanish financial crisis is hurting people very badly. Some little groups even had patio sets with tables and chairs. I kind of worry about their safety though. Especially girls like the one shown walking on the dirt road in a forest. I do believe the charges were communicating for the purpose. Note all four guys had their cars seized. So even if they get a $200 misdemeanor fine they may still be out the cost of their car.
