There are a couple of real jerks causing big trouble. Scheduling dates they don't intend to show up for to waste SP's time. Post bogus bad reviews of rivals. A few consider this a cut-throat business and will do anything to eliminate competitors. I put up a bad review and get told someone is going to burn my house down. NEVER have anyone you do not know come to your house!

It is not cool to give an SPs address to anyone you don't know. That should only be given out by the lady herself.

You are not reading the posts. There is hostility to being scammed, to being misled, to poor service and to being robbed. There have been several posts by members proclaiming their loyalty and affection towards women of Winnipeg who provide good service and are wonderful ladies. Yes. But this is not the place for a discussion that will go into politically incorrect areas. Suffice to say there is a very strong street gang presence here. And meth or oxy addiction is rampant, often linked to gang/pimp suppliers. Many many ads online are for substance abusers. I've seen them firsthand. Pictures of someone from years ago, but then you see them in person and they are emaciated and scarred. Does that happen where you live? Do the guys accept it without complaint? Why should I put up with it? What I do not understand is why people keep saying "Is it different?". So someone from here explains why it is. Then someone else asks the same question again. It is frustrating when people who refuse to listen. If someone has something WORTHWHILE to contribute to the debate that is great. If you want to come you should talk to someone who travels here regularly. This is a goldmine for several ladies. You're kidding? Look at other boards...One lady just left after her week long stay turned into a month. Right away guys were asking her to come back. Not because she was from out of town but because she was so good. Guys rave about viptog, BLE, Victoria Jolie, and others. I've spent a lot on touring ladies myself. Saying it is not welcoming is crazy. How do you consider yourself qualified to challenge those statements when you have never been here, have no knowledge of the market or the demographic?

Because we take this seriously. There's a lot of chaff to weed out. It's a challenge, kind of a like playing Sport Select...always looking for the trifecta of Looks, Attitude and Service.

Yeah, you have to see it to believe it. Either you participate in the local market and see it or you don't. There's about five local girls who are really top level. That's it. I had an accident several years ago and really balloned up by being inactive and lying around feeling sorry for myself. One of my friends was so worried about me so she got me a gym style elliptical (from a gym that went bust) and big sliding mirror doors for the closet in my spare bedroom. Your body needs something and is letting you know. It's NOT asking forsugar, if it was sugar the cravings would go away once you got some sugar into you. Go to bodybuilding dot com and look in the nutrition section for advice on how to manage your macros. Once you start filling up on stuff that is good for you the craving for sugar will diminish.

She was on CBC Radio this morning so the interview might still be available on the CBC website. I was very disappointed that the CBC interviewer was so politically correct. Basically acted as a straight man while Smith made her speech. She obviously had a list of speaking points which she repeats over and over and over. She says the average trafficked prostitute earns 260,000 to 280,000 per year for her pimp. Naturally this fits in with the CBC victim philosophy. They followed it right up with a story of some victimised woman who was actually a drug addict and prostituted herself to buy drugs. Apparently it was all the "traffickers" fault and she bore no responsibility for any of it. Kind of sad that even the CBC is unable to have a reasonable discussion about this.

Seriously, I don't remember the last time I saw someone post or respond in an arrogant manner. People disagree, but this is a very calm forum. Go to 4chan or some really frantic boards for comparison. If you think this place is hostile or the posters are arrogant you must be taking it too seriously. As for posting to get brownie points: that would require psychic ability. How could anyone know for sure they would get props for a post? You're overthinking this.

It is only natural that ladies like...make that NEED to keep their personal and professional lives separate. Many need to be as discreet as possible! As for busy: I once picked a lady up at the airport. She had been in Mexico for a week. She had 300+ messages on her phone! You can't expect her to reply to that kind of volume. And on top of those 300 messages she has university courses, family life, real job etc that all need attention. These ladies can have a big load on their shoulders without us guys trying to turn them into our girlfriends.

The flood of bp scammers is a major contributor. I wish guys would quit trolling those murky depths looking for bargains. That just perpetuates the problem. You can go with a sure bet for 250. But to save 50 guys go to a dump in the North End to see someone who has no positive track record or even a really negative one. WTF? Or maybe it isn't the money? Is it the lure of finding a diamond in the rough? Something new that no-one else knows about? Emily, Leigh and Riley are all fairly new and have outstanding reputations. There are others too but those three I know first hand. LOTS of travelling ladies are coming here. A few years ago you would have been correct. Not now. A top-rated lady can be impossible to book with because the demand. There have been a few who came for quick buck and provided dismal service. They have been criticised but deservedly. My best and worst experiences in the last few years have been with touring ladies. Neither side deserves all the blame. True and props to those actually trying to help. Winnipeg is a unique market, very isolated and very small. Someone who lives in the Lower Mainland or Southern Ontario cannot imagine it. I wish I could sit everyone down and a Powerpoint presentation on my 30 years of Winnipeg pooning. And the Winnipeg demographics and economy in general.

Totally disagree with the article. She was a self indulgent arrogant jerk. She spent taxpayer's money carelessly--the South Africa trip was a disgusting display. Taking her kid's friends on trips on goverment jets shows she thinks of Crown assets as her own. Her refusal to apologise for any of this shows her lack ofcommon sense and shocking lack of political savvy.
