That one got the site owner your credit info. I know an active lady who had her number and ad on there and it causing a lot of trouble for her, ie guys calling and asking if she is a cop.

I tried intermittent fasting when it was popular on bodybuilding dot com. Carb cycling has worked much better for me and is easier to follow. The basic idea is that you cut back to absolute minimum carbohydrates, some guys go down to seventy grams per day or less. From Friday at six pm until bedtime Saturday you eat all the carbs you want. At first I felt lousy so instead of cutting out carbs I tapered off them. I seriously think 99% of our diet and obesity problems are caused by over consumption of carbs, not overeating in general. High fructose corn syrup is killing us.

You might be able to restore the computer using the system Restore program. It should be easy to find in "All Programs". And run your machine in Private Browsing mode, that gets rid of a lot of junk when you log off automatically.

WTF is it with guys who are too scared to have a colonoscopy? I had one and told some guys at work. Most said no way they'd get one, no way. I was shocked by the reaction. Do they think it is better to have cancer and be "manly" about it than get checked out? Are they scared of the procedure? They shouldn't be, you can be right out if you want and you don't feel a thing. Afraid of a little probe...but not scared of cancer. Uhh, right. Do you make system recovery discs? Sometimes it is easier to just nuke the drive and start with a clean slate. You need to set up an admin account for yourself. Some of the things kids download can be very bad, steal your identity or passwords.

First Degree Murder is very difficult to prove. It applies to premeditated, planned killing and is rare. Prosecutors would need clear evidence that the killer intended to kill his victim. An example would be a gangster killing a rival gangster, or witness who was going to testify against him in a major trial. The prosecution was wrong to seek it in the Gladue case. I do think the defendant should have been guilty of manslaughter. A large wound like that was not accidental or a normal consequence of rough sex. Hope the Crown appeal is successful.
