Hey everyone! I am completely new (just signed up today) I feel a little overwhelmed with all the information for new members that is around. I'm sure the more I visit the more I will learn and feel comfortable with. Just wanted to say hi and hopefully everyone gets to enjoy their long weekend!

As a first timer will the fact that I don't have any references lower my chances of meeting up with an SP's? I have yet to meet anyone yet but I have messaged someone and they asked for a reference.. .am I out of luck?
