  1. Flu shot. Meh. Never bother. I just got over a two week flu...I felt like I had been hit by a train... but I love the feeling when I recover...I love the feeling of all my strength coming back, of coming alive again! I have no proof to back it up, but I have a hunch my immune system is stronger after each bad ass flu workout. People ask me if I got my flu shot and when I say "No" their eyes widen and mouths gape as if I've got Ebola or something...sheeple. Meh.
  2. If regular powdered Maca doesn't work for you, or upsets your digestive system (i.e. excessive bloating), try the gelatinized version.
  3. Maintaining my two indulgences in life, wine and women, is hard on the pocketbook, so one has to go. No more women for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Naw, it's the wine that's getting the boot! :P
  4. As 2012 draws to a close, I'd like to say a big 'Thank You' to the ladies of CERB! You provide a valuable service to us men who, for whatever reasons, seek physical intimacy. In my case, I have had enough of relationships for a while, but I still need to feel like a man occasionally, and you ladies make that happen. I used to sometimes feel bad inside for being a hobbyist, and that would ruin the experience for me, but CERB and the good people on it showed me that I'm just a normal, healthy male seeking some mutual physical pleasure. Cheers and Happy New Year! May the pleasure continue!
  5. Just thought I'd chime back in here. There's a new Canadian product called bioflavia (bioflavia.ca) which consists of dried powdered organic dark grape skin. I dropped a teaspoon of it in the half bottle of organic red wine I had left in the fridge, then drank it. Some people scoff at organic, but when it comes to resveratrol, it matters very much because it's a compound produced by the grape vine to fight off mould, and if the grapes are sprayed with fungicides, the plant has a much smaller need to produce resveratrol. There's a technique to drinking wine for health purposes. As the resveratrol and other good stuff is mostly destroyed once it enters the stomach, you have to swish it around your mouth and especially let it get under the tongue (sublingual absorption), then swallow. Anyway, I had hardons all night and whacked off twice this morning! Woo hoo! I also woke up 5 pounds lighter than I usually do! 185 here I come!!!!!!!!!! :P
  6. I discovered this guy's show on youtube. I haven't watched TV in years, but I love this show! The episode with a drunk Mickey Rourke hitting on Jessica Biel is hilarious.
  7. I like seeing ladies clothed and I also like seeing them in lingerie or less. :p I especially like seeing rear view shots, as doggie is my favorite male-dominant position (and cowgirl being my favorite female-dominant position...unless pegging) and I like to imagine squeezing those hot sweaty asscheeks and grunting as I lose control and pump animal style, my dick super engorged and the head fully inflated, until I cannot take her tight hotness anymore and I explode inside her! Ummm, yeah, so, anyway...I don't care if I see the face or not; actually, I like ladies who respect their anonymity as this reassures me that they will respect mine, not that I care that much about it, but still. As men are simple sexual creatures stimulated by visuals, yeah, the galleries are a great preview of things to cum! :p I prefer simple quick pics, even those taken on a phone, to the glossy, possibly photoshopped glamour shots, because you know that if the lady looks hot in amateur pics, she's gonna be hot in person; the glamour pics can set you up for a letdown. Dreamy fuzzy studio pics look great in Playboy, but for this purpose, I prefer the raw stuff.
  8. They weren't blue or red or purple grapes, they were black organic. Whatever they did, they did it well! I've found that gelatinized maca root (Nativas brand) really boosts the libido too; interestingly, raw maca root did not. Maca works for women as well as men. It seems to boost semen volume as well, if that's a concern.
  9. I'm glad I'm not the only health nut here. But I'm not trying to live longer....what the hell's the use of living to 90 only to slowly fade into dementia? I'm just trying to make sure my next 25 years remain healthy and fun. Once I hit 70, if I do, who the hell cares. People are telling me I look ten years younger than I am and it's because I've eliminated fast and processed foods, gone mostly veggie, and boosted my intake of potent, scientifically proven natural antioxidants. I'll tell you something. During the summer I bought organic black grapes. I ate them all that evening. That night I had a hardon that simply would not go away ( I was tired and didn't feel like jerking off). It was no coincidence, as I bought them again later in the week and the same damn thing happened. Antioxidants, polyphenols, lycopene, resveratrol, etc., etc.,... it's all good shit, and science backs it up.
  10. If the little guy looks anything like his mother, he'll be a handsome dude with killer eyes. Couplehood comes and goes, but parenthood is forever; it's a wild ride, saddle up and enjoy it! ;-)
  11. Since everyone in my small circle of friends and family has all any reasonable person could ask for, the only thing I really wish is for my ex to meet a better man than I, fall head over heels in love, and live happily every after. Really.
  12. Hey Cristy, To be loved and admired and missed so much, your father must have been a great man, so don't worry, I truly believe he's in a better place. As a father myself, to have a child think so highly of me after I'm gone is the best legacy I can think of. I'm sure he's proud and happy! ;-)

I rode you once and you had that silly smile on your face! ;-)
  14. The guy killed his mother at school and then went on a suicidal rampage. His parents divorced four years ago. I wonder if he blamed his mother for the divorce? I wonder if he was prescribed antidepressants when he was 16? The effects of antidepressants can be crazy enough on adults, but research shows that AD's can really fuck up developing minds. It's not just gun control which needs to be tightened, it's the glorification of mass violence in the media which needs to be restrained; movies, videogames, and in the news. There should be a blackout on all news coverage of such events, just as the media here self-censor their suicide stories. If he was so angry with his mother, why didn't he just kill her at home? No, he wouldn't have been satisfied with that. He wanted to go out in flames, with the world knowing his name for a few days. He wanted glorification. He knew his acts would get massive media attention. What the hell do we expect when people on psychoactive drugs, legal or otherwise, spend their waking hours obsessed with ultraviolent videogames, immersed in their own little detached world of violence? No, it's not just gun control, because somebody hell-bent on mass killing can do it many other ways. It's a tragedy, but not the first and not the last. This is becoming all too commonplace. (Or maybe he blamed his father for the divorce and knew this would really fuck up his life. Hmmm. Or maybe he was on meds before they divorced and the meds made him mad; there is a black box warning on some meds which warn of suicidal/homicidal tendencies in teens)
  15. Or leave the house for some wine and end up in Prague.
  16. Wake me up when David Bowie joins them for "The Man Who Sold The World"
  17. Going to an empty movie theatre alone on Christmas Day and watching Little Shop of Horrors is a fond holiday memory for me. My my, I was a strange young man, and I'm still fighting the world as it tries to pound this stubborn square peg into their stupid little round hole. Hmmmm, I might just do that this year! First time in 24 years! Only this time I'll sneak a wine flask in and catch a buzz.
  18. I know there's at least one SP here who has dealt with this disease, so I thought I'd post this. Men get breast cancer too, so don't feel too smug guys. Natural lemon extract is cytotoxic to breast cancer cells If you're buying organic lemons, you can eat the peel too. I read somewhere that the white of the rind has all kinds of good shit in it. Call me crazy, but I would save all lemon seeds, crush them, let them soak in vodka in a warm dark place for a month, and then drink the tincture. My uneducated guess is that limonoids are alcohol (but not water) soluble. Is there cyanide shit in citrus seeds like there is in apple and apricot seeds? If so, maybe that isn't such a good idea. LOL This also bolsters my belief that hummus is supremely healthy: lemon, sesame, olive oil, chick pea, raw garlic....if made from organic ingredients, it's so fucking healthy it's outtathisworld!
  19. Lisbeth Salander. What would she be? Goth, punk, crust, emo, just plain fucking cool? Swedish version please.
  20. His body made it to 92, so that helps boost the vegetarian philosophy. I'm really trying to give up meat, but crispy baked free range lightly salted/peppered chicken skin is just too good to ever give up!
  21. Okay, I fold. Good luck guys! :D But that got me thinking about 2 or more ladies squirting in my face. But I suppose it would be rare for two women to squirt at the same time. Nonetheless, MMMMMMMMM!
  22. Everybody's sayin' Ravi died today. Nonsense, he just had to recharge. He probably read that Vice story about the Mother & Daughter porn team and decided, "that's it, enough of this world, take me to the next one, I'm outta here!" Can't blame the dude.
  23. For years I had dismissed the Mayan Apocalypse as mindless fear mongering. But now, yes, I fear the end is nigh. Excuse me, I have a survival bunker/wine cellar to dig.
