I've seen the Facebook page but I'm not clear on who's speaking...

Email allows for proper communication and a sense of who you're dealing with. I've specifically not seen people who are text or call only. The level of literacy can be a good indicator of whether it'll be a good match or not. I think as you indicate the real time-wasters love texting. They live on it.

I keep reading people's opinions that LE vice squads "don't have the will" or resources to enforce C-36, and I'm unsure what this is based on. So post Bill C-36 they'll be looking for drugs, pimps and people paying for sex. Instead of a ten minute lecture the guy who happens to be in the shower will face criminal code charges. It's likely the laptop and cellphone they seized has contact information on them. No proof of money exchanged maybe, but still... I don't know why people think the current pattern of enforcement, erratic and inconsistent as it is, is just going to go away.

Wow - switcheroo. That's clearly "Sexy Heather" from her EC ad on that link now. Four days ago the link in the o.p. took you to an ad with completely different pictures; the classic headless, faceless, glamour photos of a younger lady with a playboy centrefold's body. The type you see fraudulently used on b.p. all the time; hence the o.p.'s comment: "Looks too good to be true." The photos she's using now are amateur and nobody would think they're TGTBT. Good decision to use real photos.
