I've had many names over the years that I never, ever resonated with and would never really answer to ... this name (now) is somewhat part of my "real" name (so I don't seem so confused when someone speaks to me). There were a few years I was not active in the biz, so when I came back f/t, decided on my name, found there were a few Elle's that I would have preferred not to be associated with so figured I'd take a last name ... Diablo was not a puzzle to figure out and also I like the translation into full English. Although I am by NO MEANS a devil ... all angel here baby ;)

I have been on both sides of the spank fence. On the one hand I can't for the life of me understand why someone would want to be spanked, but then on the other hand I am willing to be beg for it on all fours ... WTF? :confused0024: I like various degrees of spank and I think what I like most is the heat that is generated in the nether regions, and I am also speaking of the literal heat that you can feel hours later on the behind. It's obvious that there are many walks of life sharing this here path we all don't want to call prostitution and the common denominator is money = release = mutual satisfaction. There have been many "changes" this business has gone through from my perspective, but from what I'm starting to understand, through maturity, it is really me who is changing ... like starting to be more accepting of and less threatened by others and their choices. Knowing that I am not defined by a culture, but that I am co-creator of that culture. When changes would start to take place I would always dread what would be next, thinking I'd have to join the troupes to get along and then the 15m came up and "OMG here we go again! How am I going to have to lower myself now?" But really, I don't have to succumb to those things that others do and perhaps do quite comfortably, and if what they do bothers me because of whatever hang-ups I may have I am allowed to just let it slide off my back because it really is none of my business.

Remembering my own teenage years I know it can be harrowing for both sides, so to make light of the whole situation ... My grandmama always threatened locking me in a closet 'til I was 35 :confused0024:

During my 20 years (or so) in this business I've seen a serious increase in vulgarity and a major decrease in sensitivity both in advertising and support and unity (amongst the ladies). When advertising was in newspapers and phone books there were guidelines to what could and could not be posted, I'd assume it's because the companies had a say over the end result because they had an image to uphold. ANY kind of nudity was a NO-NO, describing ANY kind of sexual services (especially for money) was a NO-NO. A girl had to get very creative to catch the eye of a passing gent. Then something happened - maybe it was the internet, maybe it was looser social morals, maybe it was a higher tolerance for different strokes - but when that something happened slowly, but surely, harsh and blunt was the word of the day, and considering the majority of people this business attracts do not have a higher than high school education blunt and in-your-face will catch your attention, but does not take much imagination. Also to mention, competition always adds to the mix. The services being offered openly were getting riskier ... I remember when I worked with a group of girls "what you do in the room stays in the room" - the key to everything was discretion. And so girls had to make a very big decision are they going to go along with what "she is doing because he says well she does it" and take a chance of not making that money or is she going to have to lower her standards to keep with the changes? I am a firm believer of "to each their own" and "live and let live" and all those other little diddies that are the tune of the day, but let's keep it real too. When money and sex are involved in business people will get vulgar in order to get over on others and vulgar is as vulgar does.

Right now at 10:07am on the wetcoast ... Nothing. Nude. Bare. Unclothed ... drinking a morning coffee in bed, cruising the site, about to watch American Hustle. Now that's Sunday perfection.

I consider myself to be genuine and sincere in my everyday dealings (not just on the job) and authentic because there is only one me who can pull the whole deal off, but with that willingness and openness to life comes a responsibility to know when to pull back or guard oneself especially on the "job". I think one could suggest a state of appropriateness is most important when dealing with a variety of personalities who may or may not become friendly. I think how I understand "fake" to be reflects a person who simply doesn't have a personality of their own - whether it be by choice or simple ignorance - they are who they think someone wants them to be and depending on the effort put forth they can become a fabulous, undetected actor and perhaps that's where their authenticity lies.

I saw Hannibal the movie in the theater and when the doctor cut into the detective's brain, sauted a piece of it and served it to him all while at the same table and somewhat conscious I was the only one in the theater who laughed out loud! I just thought that was just the creepiest. Then when I saw they made Hannibal into a series I was skeptical, but was not deterred from watching ... OMG! Creepy hour after hour after hour. A psycho-lover's wet dream. I didn't think it would be possible, but I'd have to say Mads plays a better Dr. Lecter than Anthony H.

I'd suggest engaging strangers or newcomers in the conversations is how you get more people engaged and interested. If they are just not interested you'll never know they are there.
