I know exactly what you mean. i have had to make a couple of very hard decisions over the last year or two. and while they were the correct ones they still felt like, well you know. I to have had people try and talk to me about it but there is nothing they can do and i need to get through it my way. You can tell that there are a lot of people here that care about you and that is always good to know :) I do wish you all the best, and stay strong. TC

I thought that i would post this as today was remembrance day. there has been so much in this day and age that i think the meaning sometimes gets lost, to me color of a poppy, thoughts on war, and everything else should not matter, so long as our thoughts are with the families of those who have lost loved ones. so to every one who has lost someone in war, to the people still fighting, and to everyone else no matter who a loved one was lost, you know that our thoughts are with you. Well said, i think that every one has something that is great and one of a kind about them. but you are right when you say that everyone is hardest on them selfs, and when others pour gas on the fire that is self doubt it does not help. The problem is that it is easier for people to just look at things for there face value, and not for what is underneath. the best say i can think of for be; looking at a great forest and and just seeing the trees and not the life that it holds within. so to every one that reads this just as Peachy said before, you are beautiful and special in your own way no matter what others think. even thou he had a troubled life sort of with a fair amount of controversy, no one could say he did not have talent. he could dance better then most people ever will and he could sing with the best of them. here's to you MJ !!!

i want to say that i know what you are going through and it is hard. if you need to go to the surgery option, as long as it is a board cert. vet with neurology training there is a good chance that everything is ok and the dog could love a long and happy life. just do not rush right to the put down until you have all the info. i know i have some on this issue and if i can find it will post later. also i will keep saying this if i need to but wheat ever choice you make will be the right one. remember that. i will you all the best and will send a pm later.
