Finally home, so got to do a little grilling. Bought a prime rib roast, peeled off the bones and cut it into steaks. Also trimmed up some asparagus. Marinated both with a little oil, pepper and garlic an hour before cooking, and some salt just before they hit the grill. Yummy!

Last night I had Chinese. Had some seafood hofun noodles, some Singapore noodles, some pan fried yimen noodles, some cha siu and some siu yuk. Now that I can cook again, think tonight's going to be rib eye and asparagus on the BBQ.

I had an amazing night with Tracie over the weekend. Was introduced to CERB thanks to her website, and she's got my vote as my best 2 hours during my one month stay here in Halifax. I'm new to all this, but felt welcome into her home right from the start. Had some back and hip issues, and all my ackes and pains melted away thanks to her soothing touch, and then she took me even further away to bliss. She was the highlight of my visit in Halifax.

Following up on my appointment with Tracie, and I have to say that it was an amazing night. My ackes and pains just melted away thanks to her touch. Made my visit in Halifax well worth it. Only wish I had found out about her on my previous visit to Halifax in February, because one visit just doesn't seem like enough.

Missed the bus to go get my food tonight, so I ordered pizza. It will be my one time during this Halifax trip I've had it. Can't not have pizza at least once when visiting Halifax, but also can't make it a habit.
