Celeste is defiantly my go to in Kingston. Always friendly and as the OP mentioned seems to want to see you happy. I agree that maturity has a lot to do with her consistency.

Yes there is Skyy in Smiths Falls. She 38 and quite friendly. She offers massage and FS or both. I saw her in May or June and had a good time. She has an ad on BP right now in the Kingston section.
