I used to live to eat...since I've competed in fitness i eat to live... Beleive or not I have a very strong sweet tooth also...It took all my will power to stay away from....Nutella, caramel (dolce leche) and anything sweet i could get my hands on while i was preparing for a competition...it was a constant battle. There are alternative but you have to set your mind to it...eating Walden farm product (no calories product that taste sweet) can compensate but its just not as satisfying as a scoop of Nutella lol... For me it was a challenge...oh my what a challenge it was...I still eat very healthy and I stay away from Junk/fast food... After a few days without sugar...your body doesnt crave it as much...i think the best way is an hour at a time...then days lol BJ
