I never want to see a service provider who has been forced into the industry. It has not been my perception that any of these agencies are doing that. Kangnam seems to be run well and the girls seem to be treated well and working by choice but I guess that could just be my perception.

If they want to find coerced and abused service providers they shouldn't be raiding hotels. anyone who has taken a drive in the west end can spot the pimps/drug dealers lurking not far from some obviously 'person at risk' type street workers. Courts ordered gov to rewrite the law. and that's why she was at committee. She is retired so exposing a few former clients of hers won't hurt her. I think the gov knows this too will be challenged in the courts. but if they make the law and it gets thrown out then they can say to the group of voters who want them to do this 'look we tried but the courts messed it up'. its all about votes. not at all about women's safety. If they wanted it safe then they would make it all legal and not target the gents or the ladies. Regulate and license. then it would be easier to separate the legitimate industry from the darker side where people are being trafficked and abused. That will unfortunately never happen.
