Seeing as this is still a moderated account this message might come a little late, but anyway... From the very few messages i've exchanged with SPs, the one pearl of wisdom i've gained is the best person to ask would be the SP your interested in seeing. They would have experience with the local amenities and be able to suggest a clean hotel in a safe area that they feel comfortable visiting.

I suppose that has to be the case, i think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the ladies up here are either non-existent or operating solely by word of mouth so the potential customers in Cape Breton likely aren't members of cerb. In fact i've yet to come across any site listing a city in NS other than Halifax. Even if at first the listing was empty it would give customers enough hope to sign up, and hopefully encourage any local providers to start advertising. Oh well, I'll have to keep my eye out for any visiting ladies or just schedule a road trip.

I can confirm the demand exists, but just like justen the SPs are either non existent or don't advertise on any of the site's ive checked. I'd appreciate if someone could point out anyone i missed.
