A Gatineau man with a history of sex offence charges is having a hard time staying out of jail.
Fournier, a Gatineau resident, was ultimately acquitted of the incident in the spring involving children aged nine and 10.
He was, however, convicted of breaching court-ordered conditions to stay away from parks.
When he was released, police were told to keep an eye on Fournier, who had previously served 20 months in jail for a 2011 conviction for sexually assaulting a young boy.
Fournier was once again arrested Friday near a Hull high school, police said Saturday.
He will appear in court on Tuesday to face charges of gross indecency and breach of conditions, though it is possible more charges could be added.
