I write this because I'm sure the MA's days are filled with great times and some bad times. Here's hoping the 'great times' are far more frequent!!!! Thank you all. I thought it may vary from place to place. Not the best first impression. :) In some places, the front desk clerk will assist you to the room, but they do not specify to what preparation you should make before the MA arrives.
