I never implied you stuck only to CERB. Like you I use multiple sources when I look for an encounter. As distasteful as you find it you still do go look on sites that do allow negative comments so you must see some use for them. Which is really all I was pointing out.

It's against the law to discriminate, the store owner cannot have such a sign. There is no provision, that I'm aware of, in the Charter of Rights that says it's OK to discriminate based on your profession. I find it amusing that you are OK with racism if the person who is racist is an SP.

I agree with a lot that has been said here but I would like to point out one thing that I find very interesting. Is denying a service based on race different than being a store owner and having a sign on the door "Whites Only"? Honestly I don't think so. Is offering sexual services very different? Yes it is. But how is it less racist to deny a service or selling a product based on race? Does the SP have the right to offer her services based on race? Well, does the store owner? Let's say they legalize Prostitution, would it be legal then? How about a RMT, can he or she advertise "White Only"?

Ok, I will take you at your word as far as being sincere. There might be a very good reason that you did not receive a response from your inquiry, could be the very reason the date did not go through. I'm not sure how long you waited for a response but I do think you should give it some time in case she has had a personal issue that is preventing her from responding. The only reason I questioned your sincerity was because I didn't understand the reason for your post. If she isn't responding privately I doubt she will publicly.

It doesn't matter what reason you have for excluding clients, it's your right. Maybe the SP had a similar reason to you and maybe she's white and is most comfortable with her own race. It's my opinion that more often that not the reasons are not as unique as yours.

I agree there can be many non racist reasons why a provider excludes certain groups but "White Only" doesn't leave a lot for interpretation. Of course that is just my opinion.

You kinda are SOL. One recourse is to find a site where you can go post your experience, you cannot do it here but there are sites where you can. If she is dishonest with everyone eventually it will catch up with her, you won't get your money back but she will be out of business soon enough. Research is very important and I know cerbites religiously love their site but it is important to gather information from as many sources as possible before booking an appointment. If you do good research your chances of being disappointed are dramatically reduced.
