Even though I am no poster child for fitness, I have always felt that staying fit starts with a healthy diet. For me, I take a good multi-vitamin as well as other supplements such as a good thermogenic as well as use a good whey isolate protein powder and use that in conjunction with daily exercise. What I can say is, even if you have the best diet in the world and are very active, a good multi-vitamin will definitely balance everything out and make a huge difference.

Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting with Lucious Lacey and let me tell you that it was a very memorable experience that was amazing on so many levels. When I arrived, Lacey greeted me with a very nice and passionate DFK that seemed to last forever and I definitely didn't mind! We chatted for a bit and she proceeded to start spicing things up with a very arousing lap dance that ended with her giving me a nice BBBJ. Very intense. I won't lie, I had some work done on my hair a few years ago as I was one of the fellows who lost his hair at age 22. It was a personal choice that I haven't regretted and would totally recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting back their hair.

It's not a true western, but Cowboys vs. Aliens was pretty decent in my opinion and so were the City Slickers movies.

The worst car I have ever owned was a 1999 Honda Civic Special Edition. Now I am using that term loosely because it was my first car which was used and when I got got it, it already had grandfather mileage on it and I do believe that I was the only person that did any work on the car. One of the main issues that I had with it was the ignition switch. I got that replaced and soon after that, the fan blower went on it. I just think that it was that cars time to go. The best car I have owned is what I am currently driving, a 2010 Kia Forte. Never had an issue with it and I drive a lot. We are talking roughly 200kmnper day.

Unfortunately for me this summer is all about restructuring my store and finding the right people to have as part of our team, so that means work is pretty much a 24/7 thing for me at the moment which will not allow me the time I would like to dedicate to other interests I have, but I do plan to take my vacation at the beginning of September for two weeks to Europe.

I just finished watching the movie Sinister and have to say I was quite disappointed, however, the last movie I saw in theatres was Fast 6 and was not disappointed one bit!

For me it can go both ways, nudity is always a plus, but pictures of a person that is clothed in certain garments leaves so much to the imagination which can be the ultimate tease, therefore making it more desirable, at least in my opinion.

After a long day at work, I decided to make something quick yet amazingly healthy and delicious, ratatouille.

Definitely would have to be out at Petrie Island lol. Too many people tend to go there for the same reason lol.

It all comes down to a matter of personal choice and personal opinion. We all have different views on certain things, and when it comes to tattoos or any body mods, even though society has become tolerant and accepts it, there is always going to be certain misconceptions against those who do have tattoos and other body mods.
