I am more of a lurker here and don't post much, as you can tell by my post count. I usually will see if there is a thread already out there for what information I seek. If I feel I can add something or it really hits home with me I will post, but if there is an opinion already closely resembling mine, rather than post I will just give a "thank you" to it, similar to the "like"button on facebook I feel. Anyhow, you mentioned in your last post that when you started posting people were rude to you, so being a reader I went through I looked at your post history to see if they were rude. I found all their responses to your questions or concerns really well worded and quite nice. I'm not sure if maybe you had a different handle at the time. I would just say if there are some that bother you then ignore their posts and move on, it's similar to other social media, people are always going to annoy you for some reason or another and their views won't always be in line with your thinking.

Thanks for posting Cristy...there are some really interesting articles on that page you linked to. That stuff has always interested me and I totally agree, you never fully know someone until you have met them, and even then it takes a while. I also agree about texting and emails...no emotions and tones in them so they can be very easily misunderstood/misread -
My personal preference is plasma. I mostly watch sports, movies and regular TV and they have come a long ways in terms of anti glare screens, especially Panasonic. Unfortunately, Panasonic has exited the plasma tv game. But like most others suggested find out what size you want and I would go to cnet.com....they post great reviews on all kinds of TVs, probably too in depth for most, but it gives you a great idea of what to avoid and what to gravitate towards.

Man Caught Masturbating While Texting And Driving

Maybe he was "hands free" texting...so his hands could be used for other things. The other thing is he was driving naked...so not really being covert here LOL -

Crane Operator Saved From Fire In Kingston Ontario

Bang on RG....it was a great job done by all involved. Especially given the fact that there was a gas station right across the road...could have been much much worse. Nice to see a good story and outcome, anytime really, but this close to the holidays -
Inside the CR vs At the Table
will1977 replied to dazedandconfused75's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Stripclubs & Dancers
I really see both sides of this and a great discussion Trent. I couldn't imagine being a dancer and the amount of rejection they must take....gotta have a thick skin to do their job. Hats off to them for sure!! For them it must be a fine line between sitting down and investing some time vs. just going around the room continually asking and hoping one hits. I rarely go to the CR with the first woman that asks...I usually like to observe for a while...I guess I am kind of picky that way. But them sitting down to chat is a nice touch for sure. -
