Never tried the hayloft but sex on the beach is my choice. Fast and furious or slow and intimate?

As posted elsewhere I am a strong proponent of the flu shot. I read only yesterday that it is still not too late to get one for it to be effective and that this years shot is well matched with the virus that is on the go. Wash hands, wash hands, wash hands, but the shot is your personal protection.

In case you can use this today Angela.

Now should any ladies care to get into a game of scars such as this with me, then I am game. But don't expect to win. :) A great scene from Lethal Weapon 3.

Boomer. I recall that Cleo spent some time in Australia a year ago or so and she may know a bot about the scene there. You might drop her a PM. Have an amazing trip!!!!

Hey Lee. Since it appears as if our mutual male SP businesses have not taken off how about we go into the flower business together? I'll sell my glads at the end of the lane and you sell your canola and we can split the profits. :) Oops. Back on track. My second favorite flower is the simple but beautiful tulip.

I love flowers all year long but I take great personal pleasure from my perennial gardens that I tend to from early spring until late fall. Over the years it has evolved such that I have a flower display from spring until snowfall. If I had to choose one flower that I love, though it is not a perennial, it would have to be the gladiolus. I have hundreds of bulbs of all colors and heights and shades and from the middle of August until the middle of October I always have a bouquet inside with me.

I shall echo what everyone else has said. Nathalie Lefebvre is the lady to contact. You won't go wrong with her.

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday and the very best that it can bring to you Sophia.

We shall see in time if this is a highlight! I started in on ripping out a small bedroom. The intention is to fix the original plaster on the walls, gyprock the ceiling and make a door into my bedroom so that one day it will be a walk in closet. Estimated time to completions - three weeks. That is scary because at this time last year I started another bedroom with a two day completion timetable. Six weeks and many thousands of dollars later it had expanded from the room to the upstairs hallway and down the stairs! The fun of an old home. :) Go me!

I looked up Megalicious in my personal Cerb dictionary and it came up with the fact that the word is synonymous with a lady in Ottawa named Megforfun. It means flirtatious, smart, personable, well spoken and outrageously good looking. So that's just some of why I like Meg. :) Oh, and she is fun to make out with too!

A nice little board game that I have been playing for a few years now is Ticket to Ride. Great for 4 people with an opportunity to play a game based on strategy rather than pure luck. http://www.amazon.com/Days-of-Wonder-DOW-7201/dp/0975277324

It is perhaps telling that the last entry on this thread was in the middle of November. Do we really care now about the lockout and now that it is over do we care that they will start to play again? For myself I have to say that I did not miss it at all and am not overly enthusiastic about having an opportunity to see hockey again. Fat cats - owners and players alike.

I like Roamingguy just because he seems like a really nice guy. He is going through a difficult time now with the health issues facing his father so I know that we all wish him well and that our thoughts are with him and his family.

I have not been on very much of late and it seems as if there have been intermittent server issues. The intermittent things are the most difficult to find and fix! I have never written this before but have said it to a number of people. This site is pretty amazing and is very sophisticated in the way that it functions. It is user friendly, easy to navigate, and thanks to Mod is responsive to suggestions from our community of members. To the Mod, a good luck with the server issues and a huge thanks for the work that you do on our behalf, clients and SP's alike.

As 2102 comes to an end one sometimes takes the opportunity to look back on and reflect upon the year that will soon be in the history books. It would be very difficult to select only one highlight of the year for myself. My trips away to visit family and visits here from family rank way up on the list. Meeting and forming new and great friendships with people who did not know my wife and I together as a couple has been very important for me. An amazing season of summer weather that began in May and only ended in October was something rare for PEI and I really appreciated it and made good use of it, with one result being perhaps one of my best gardens ever, both for flowers and produce. Perhaps most important on a personal note is the fact that I am ever so slowly coming to some realizations, some of which I don't necessarily like, but self truth is important. At this time may I wish a Happy New Year to my Cerb friends, and I do have many. Some of those friends I know only virtually through threads or PM's, others through special encounters and there are yet others where genuine and I suspect long lasting friendships have developed. Thank you one and all, and we shall cross paths one way or another in 2013. :) Feel free to add your own highlights here as a good news item to close off this year.

Yesterday I wrote in the "Things that Suck," thread and even as I wrote I just KNEW that it should have gone in the "Highlights of the Day," because it became a highlight. The snowstorm that wasn't , actually came, even though rather late. One of my kids who was going to fly home via Ottawa was in the airport, checked in, inside security and the plane arriving from Montreal that was supposed to take them home could not land and diverted back to Quebec City. (That sucks for those passengers.) As a result all of my kids are still home for New Years Eve. I just finished making a lasagne for supper and we have more food than we can possibly eat for all through the evening. Shrimp, mussels, brie, chicken wings, homemade squash dip, tortiere, cranberry pudding, homemade ice cream, and it is a sign of how spoiled we are that we passed on lobster because we have had so much of it over the past week! So along with a few drinks, an evening of games and eating it will be a great send off to 2012. A great highlight of the day for me. :) Happy New Years everyone.

It started out as such a promising day! It was snowing hard, and it was supposed to be our first major storm. One of my kids was planning to fly home but was quite OK with a flight cancellation. :) But, the fates intervened. The snow storm became a dud and at the moment the flight is on time and if it goes it will be the only flight out of Charlottetown today! I was looking forward to having all of the kids home for a few more days.

New Years Resolutions!!!!
mrrnice2 replied to PhantomKnight's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Well no New Years Resolution for me as my pre-Christmas resolve to do something has completely dissolved already! -
Christmas Eve is upon us and I simply wanted to wish everyone the best at this time. For some it is a time of fun and cheer, others for religious celebration, for some a time of melancholy and and for others all of the above. I have made some very special friends here in very many different ways and contexts and to those special and important people I wish all the best of the season. Merry Christmas to one and all. MN2
