I have seen Birdman and Grand Budapest Hotel. Hard for me to go for a choice for best picture because I have not seen all the movies, but Birdman was impressive according to me. Many things in the way it is directed could have gone south, but work very well. Michael Keaton is amazing in it. I have no cable or satellite - got rid of it a few months ago because I was fed up - but I miss watching shows like the Golden Globes and the Oscars.
