This should be classified as a recomendation. Although... Malibu might be too hot for most to handle! To the best of my knowledge, what the mod is preventing against conjecture. If there are people slandering anyone (agency, girl, client) personally, that person has a right to press charges if the claim is inaccurate. If this ever went to court the mod would be forced to say why he didn't stop it or could also be charged. It isn't a question about protecting an agency, but stopping a potential legal situation. Why isn't this a review board and why we can't post negative things? Because if we say something that is negative against someone that hinders someones lawful business we can be held accountable.
