  1. I had a vacation booked for departure next week. I was able to cancel for full refund. Was with Sunwing. Also had the option of taking it in credit with $100 bonus given person for taking the deal but I felt it was just better that I keep my cash instead.
  2. Good because I would have to the alphabet forward first to get the next letter I need to go backwards. Lol. shouts :Z whispers: abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwx Shouts :Y whispers : abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvw shouts X ........ LOL
  3. Actually it says that police have announced they will be enforcing this. And in order to do it, they must ask immediately before anything else is done. Meaning they don't have to have cause to ask. they also must have an approved device which leads to the question of how many officers are going to be carrying these devices. That is my take away at least. my other question is around people who take prescription medication like oxycodone. There are no tests for that and that is equally dangerous. Seems unfair to target Only one type of impairment.
  4. Impaired driving in Canada have made some radical shifts over the past few years. More specifically, Mandatory Alcohol Screening (MAS) came into effect in the provinces in 2018. That change only impacted individuals going through check stops, but as of now every driver pulled over in Canada will be breathalyzed immediately. This is in hopes to target Canada impaired driving. Police Service released a new statment today February 6th , to inform the public that “all drivers in Canada can now expect to provide a breath sample when they are pulled over by Canadian police for a traffic stop or Checkstop.” Therefore, this does not just apply to Checkstops, it also applies to any time you may be pulled over in the city while driving. If you’re on your phone, speeding, or making any sort of driving infraction, you will need to provide a breath sample the second you roll that window down. Impaired driving is the leading criminal cause of death in Canada,” said Const. Andrew Fairman, with the Alcohol and Drug Recognition Unit in the news release. “We all want to do our part to reduce the tragic impact of impaired driving.” We can expect these numbers to increase substantially as they no longer apply only to MAS at Checkstops. According to Criminal Code Section 320.27(2), officers with approved screening devices are allowed to test anyone for impaired driving, “even without reasonable suspicion that the driver has alcohol in their body,” the release explains. It goes on to describe what this will look like for Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and New Brunswick drivers. Apparently drivers who are pulled over will be approached by an officer who will say “This is a Mandatory Alcohol Screening. You are required to immediately provide a breath sample.” The driver will then blow into the Alcohol Screening Device (ASD) which takes less than two minutes. If there’s no alcohol present, the traffic stop will commence as per usual. Though this mandatory test is something new, most are aware that drinking and driving is dangerous. https://toronto-ontario.news/news/canadian-drivers-will-now-be-breathalyzed-every-single-time-theyre-pulled-over/ Thoughts? Opinions? It does not say what happens if you refuse or if these devices check for marijuana use.
  5. Lol. I was not offended but more curious. I wish I had of seen if there was two guys in the car. I think the showing off idea is a good reasoning.
  6. I signed up for ignite TV back in March. For three months they tried to get my computer to be able to login into their online platform for viewing when not at home. It would only work on a Rogers network. It's suppose to work everywhere. So by the end of it all, I was credited 3 months of service and given $40 off my bundle for the next year. 2 months ago I cut cable altogether for streaming services. I only have internet and phone with Rogers now. My bill for unlimited internet is $30/month taxes in because they are applying the $40 credit that was only suppose to be for the bundle package I no longer have. Plus they are only charging me the bundle price for internet at $60/month instead of the regularly advertised price of 100/month. So basically I'm getting roughly $80 off my bill for their mistake. I have this credit for a year. I have about 9 months to go. I know what I'm going to do. Curious, what would you do? Tell them and lose the credit or keep your mouth shut and save?
  7. Screening helps. Don’t accept text apps, get SP references, board/social media accounts, etc. Lightly screening has never been an issue for me. I have never had a no show. Had 2 people I would call WOT because they canceled two sessions back to back. That is it for my entire career. Including my tour out east this past June.
  8. You just kinda need to see it from our side. Review boards have tons of men asking either the same questions over and over or asking questions that are slightly invasive as this one was. Don’t get me wrong, I get the curiously, but sometimes we just have to live with being curious and I see you understand that. I will tell you for me, I am single and this is my form of dating. Paid dating, but dating nonetheless
  9. Most ladies are not in here and may not get notification that there is a message. Using their preferred method is best because that is what they are going to check.
  10. Actually I brought this up to a woman last night and she said she will honk at men walking by. I thought great! I can find out the reason. She said because men do it. D’oh! Not the answer I was looking for. LOL
  11. My first reaction was “Ugh” and then I did kind of laugh it of, but it made me think. I don’t get it personally because I’m ugly int he morning. LOL I still had sleep in my eye. LOL I do agree that for most men, if you smile at them or compliment, they think you want to fuck them. Which 90% of the time, that is not the case. And I posted this on the other boards as well and one guy brought up the difference between men and women. I think women are taught to not be attention seekers because getting attention as a woman is wrong. So that could be why we don’t like being honked at or cat called. And ,men I think would like be cause they would be more accepting of the attention. Strange the difference in our gender thought process. I like looking at construction workers but I enjoy in silence. So I am curious as to the difference. That was me this morning. Why the fuck are you honking at me whenI look like shit. LMAO! I get it was just my body. I have curves, an hour glass figure so I get having the attraction, I just don’t get honking. What does the guy get out of it?
