Sounds to me like the OP may be quite young himself, afterall men in their late 50s don't often refer to 30-40 yr old SPs as "OLD". I will also echo what I said in the other thread that was posted about this... In the OPs "experiences", young is better...curious to know if he has ANY experience with MATURE ladies? EUREKA! Those of you who have been following all along know that occasionally these parties don't work out as I end up with only 1-3 of the intended 5-6 guys who RSVP'd. That being said, it's recently come to my attention that there are ALOT of you who love the idea of this, love to think of it, talk about it, see photos of it (sorry to dissapoint on that), and would love to WATCH it. So... {enter brillitant idea here :icon_idea: } Why not book 1-3 guys for action, and 1-3 guys for viewing! Of course, the rate would vary for each type of guest, and the performers would have to be willing to allow a voyeur or two. If this sounds like a good idea to at least a few of you, I may go ahead and plan such an event. Cheers! :D

I definitely appreciate all the feedback from everyone, but in reading a lot of these replies, I'm noticing a lot of you believe this was another cerb member who's been texting me. Just to clarify.... It's not. It's "just a friend" of a cerb member. A person who has no idea how to see an SP, someone who has never heard of cerb. That's what made this twice as sketchy to me. I would have expected the "culprit" to have run it by me first that he was giving a friend of his my number. At this point, I have blacklisted the texter until I hear from his alleged friend. For the record, I would have had no issue with this if the person texting had any idea what they were getting into. The only info their "friend" gave was the number and to contact me to exchange money for sex. Ideally, a client should seek permission before giving out my number to a "newbie" who has no idea how things work. I recently was approached via text by someone who knew NOTHING about my services, they even asked "how does this work?" Now, my ads here on cerb don't leave a whole lot of room for questions unanswered, that's why I write my ad the way I do so that I won't have to spend half my day only answering PMs about myself and my services. Now, having questions isn't what concerns me here, what does concern me is that this person was simply given my telephone # and told "contact her for good BJ".... As hobbyists, I am sure that you all think it's perfectly fine to give out an SP's phone #....but perhaps the gentleman referring his friend should have told him about cerb.ca rather than give out a direct line to a SP (the person texting me had NO IDEA AT ALL how any of this works)... Wondering how other SPs feel about this... Would you like someone to hand out your number to their friends (free advertising I guess) ? I for one use cerb handles as one way to pre-screen my potential clients, how can I when the person in question has no such username, and clearly has no idea what their friend's username is as a reference. I'm interested also to see how the gents feel, do you all think this is acceptable or not?

In my experiences of hosting gang bangs, I can honestly say that this idea wouldn't be worth the efforts. It's hard enough finding people who are available at the same time, let alone trying to decipher a bunch of rules for a "game". Imho, this idea is best kept for social get togethers with friends, not so much SP/Hobbyists.

my personal PoV: There is an "agreement" of sorts made between client/SP ; time for money. What happens during that time is not part of any "agreement". If a client asks if specific services are offered, that does not suddenly turn said agreement into a contract forcing the SP to provide this service. As previously stated, this is "rapey" because the client can only want 2 possible outcomes: money back or forcing the SP to provide mentioned service. Both of which seem ridiculous to me. Not to mention that if I contact LE and tell them you forced me into any type of sexual act, they wouldn't ask me if said act was implied beforehand or not, they would only be concerned with the fact that I said no DURING the encounter. Example: Client: Do you allow digits? SP: YES. During the encounter, things did not naturally flow to the direction of digit-usage. Have I breached our agreement? NO. He still got the TIME he paid for. He will not force me to allow digits after his time is finished, nor would I be willing to give him back a single dime. And then we come to the disgruntled client who threatens to write a bad rieview on another site. I would not give in to this form of blackmail, my dignity is worth much more to me than my online reputation. Hobbyists need to understand that it IS time they pay for, the only scenarios when they should feel ripped off is when the encounter is cut short by an SP (or of course any B&S stuff, obvious scams etc.). Anything that does or doesn't happen in that time is of little importance when it comes to "terms of an agreement". And what do you do when time is cut short? Don't see her again. End of story. The amount of money you would spend on legal representation in court should exceed that which you spent on the encounter itself so even discussing seeking legal action in this situation is ludicrous. I personally do offer specific acts an extra cost, ie: Greek or CIM. If a customer pays up front for greek, and during the encounter we find out it isn't going to work today, I do give him back the tip that was provided for the greek option. But am I going to give him a discount on the hourly rate because we didn't try the doggie position? pardon my French, but, HELL NO! The hourly rate is what it is, TIME. My rate is not $200 for X,Y & Z services, it's $200 FOR AN HOUR, and this hour holds the possibility of X, Y & Z. (In my personal case, you just have an option to "upgrade" services allowed, and these are refundable since this cost is for an act, I don't think client should pay if THESE SPECIFIC ACTS that were attempting to be "purchased" were not provided) And as for the gentleman who decides not to pay at the end (I personally do not get into this situation myself), I would gladly introduce you to my putter, ask Tiger Woods how that feels and then re-think your point of view. I recently returned to EC, had used it years ago when I was around....For the last year that I've been back I kept it strictly to CERB but decided to....err...expand I guess ;) I stay away from advertising on BP based on the negative stigma it seems to have. Sure, there are some SPs on there who are respectable, but as a whole, BP seems like a bad idea based on its reputation in general.

This is why I prefer texts to phone calls, much harder to fake a number in text. I certainly don't recall ever getting a text from a private number! lol Also, I have an app that automatically rejects private/blocked calls....Cause let's be honest, that asshat who blocks his number tries to call 18 times in as many minutes.
