  1. The ending of the last episode was UNREAL. So amazing.... I knew something was up with that mullet!
  2. Hi! I don't think we have had the pleasure of speaking yet as I am still quite new to cerb. I do have a bit of experience with Lawyers/Court for a random number of issues during my employment for a company. The first step is finding the blog, you can certain attest that this is directly pointed to you. Make sure there's nothing in it that references any other SP's or anyone else. It would have to single you at personally (Which I think it does since it has your legal name, etc). Now if you want to fight this, please be advised that you will require some cash and lots of time. As almost every step here requires some to advance to the next step. First, you need to contact a lawyer that deals with public issues. Personal attacks and defamation of character. You need a prelim meeting to make sure you do in fact have a case. (Even if you might think so, it might not be worth fighting depending on some of the issues). Once you have a sure case, then you order a cease and desist letter be drawn up and sent. - What is that??? A cease and desist letter, also known as "infringement letter" or "demand letter," is an aggressive-toned document sent to an individual or business to halt purportedly unlawful activity ("cease") and not take it up again later ("desist"). In your case, this would be either sent to the person running the blog (if you aren't sure) then to the blog owners. Sometimes it's worth fighting them because they don't want trouble, in fact it's less trouble taking the site down that it is fighting it. If they do, great... just keep an eye out for it popping up elsewhere. If they don't the lawyer will have the next step for you, most likely a mediation, or even another injunction for the site to reveal it's owner. Most times those sites won't hide the person. If you have any questions let me know, also if you want me to do some digging around the site let me know... I'll PM you. Besides, it might not be a bad idea to have a lawyer available. Cheers, Sorry this has happen to you.

  10. pizza, fries and now wings... whats up sens game!
  11. I was asked, recently as last week. I brought up the nerve to ask the SP why (out of curiosity) I am Caucasian... and she said that she's had some nightmare experiences with some races and has chosen not to service those races. Is that racist?! I don't know... maybe. I just know that some SP's even go the extra step in their ADS to exclude certain races. Cheers, E.
  12. sitting down after a longs days work... trying to figure out who my next SP will be! :)
  13. Hi! I am quite new for this site, as I joked with a service provider I still have my new car smell. Some recent events in my life lead me here, things that I won't get into for this thread. I was referred by a friend, who has had this lifestyle for a quite some time. I, like so many hobbiest came to this site not quite sure what they are looking for or how to proceed. I did read a bunch of threads and picked up on the Do's and Dont's quite quickly. Learning the etiquette for service providers isn't the easiest thing. I found myself challenged quite a number of times. After doing more research I figured out finally that I did want to become a hobbiest. I spoke with a few SP's over the last weeks and decided to book one in via this site (PM). I have a phone, but it's a work phone and it's monitored. Anyways, the following information I hope makes it easier for any other hobbiest that's going through the same motions and train of thought. I followed etiquette to the T with the SP, but once I got there it was entirely different than perception. What do I mean? I am a guy, I'm 30 years old and I love women. I love oral, I love sex, I love it all. Before the service call; I was ready to roll! Happy to try it out.. having a girlfriend for an hour! :) Closer to time, I grew a bit nervous. What if the service isn't as expected? what I am not as expected? etc, etc, etc... I decided to go through with the service and the SP I chose was very good and take her time since it was my first time. Don't get me wrong, the initial shock goes away and you get to enjoy yourself. You get the pleasure you were looking for. As a hobbiest you need to realize that there's no chase for the service. There's no rush for it and that it will happen. That I think was the strangest feeling I got... the expected service was delivered without a chase for it. This might not make sense to any service providers. Anyways, that's just my two cents... I had a great time and I hope the SP did as well. If anyone is reading this, wondering if they should become a hobbiest... make the choice for you. This is my opinion :)
  14. I get other side of the coin, with the acronyms and the so called "state" of the person they are speaking to. I think it was meant not to waste time with the SP, I can't speak for them as I am not them... but I feel like there's a lot of time wasting by individuals and this method just shorten's the time that's need to book a appointment. I do agree, once the day came I was very loose with number 3 and actually texted the SP about her day and how she was doing. Well before asking for the location.
  15. I used this method via e-mail last week. It works perfectly. Thanks again from the noooooobs! :)
  16. Thanks everyone, I did go ahead with my first appointment on Friday and had a good time. It takes quite the leap to get over that initial shock... :)
  17. I am sure you have read through many of these posts before arriving to mine. I did the same about a week ago and today I decided to go see her. Wow, greeted very well.. I am a total noobie and she showed me the ropes, we spoke about a bunch of things and got down to business... then relaxed on the bed side by side for a while... Best hour I spent in a while. :)
