I loooooove Christmas I love the season. I'm guilty of having my tree up since like November lol, but there's just something about coming home and I open my door and my tree is there and the lights are nice and bright. It's actually so cozy and comforting to me. I might even leave it up through the snowy season because hey! outside is depressing. Squats, I love them! I love doing them throughout my day (I like to spread my sets throughout the day) and sometimes I fall out of habit of squatting but I try my best to get back into it right away. I love that burning feeling in my thighs and butt makes me think I'm one squat closer to having a khloe Kardashian booty (Iwish but not even close..) I personally like to put on my earphones, tuck my music away and start doing normal squats, sumo squats, the one where your on all fours and kick one leg up .. Sitting in a chair position against the wall etc.. Et vous? Does anyone else do squats throughout the day? Where do you do your squats? Gym? sessions? At your place? never... Do you do your squats in heels? I've heard it works wonders for the glutes but isn't very good for your back (long term) Anyone tried the 30 Day Squat Challenge? What are some of your fav squats? I use to wear wigs all the time when I first started a couple years back ... I wore them because I use to have very short hair and I thought long hair is sexier and also since I was new at the time to the business I liked the fact I could disguise myself.. Wigs work best usually for black ladies because of the courseness of their hair it almost locks the wig into place, for ladies with hair like myself, soft and straight its enevitable that it will slip and slide around and the longer ur hair is the more it will slip. It stinks for me because I really do love wearing wigs I love that I can go from short and straight to long luscious and curly in seconds and not mention all the colors u can wear without having to damage ur hair !! Lol it's happen to me a few times in heavy heated sessions I start feeling my wig slipping back and you try to hold on to it. But most of the time the guys really don't care if it falls off or not, and they understand that some sp really dress up and disguise ourself with hair, lashes makeup etc... I also noticed the longer my natural hair got the harder it became to keep it on.. Now my natural hair is long enough that I like wearing it naturally.. I definetely recommend if your hair is natural soft and somewhat straight to go for clip ins much more secure. I sew my hair into the clips myself and I double the track to make it fuller. But if anyone does go for wigs I recommend lace fronts very realistic looking

I agree that usually encouters become better with every meet. But sometimes the first encounter is the most amazing I guess it just depends on the chemistry between the two people and how comfortable they feel with one another

Really insightful thread, I enjoyed reading everyone's input, as an SP I do use words of affection like hun, love and/or darling (but definitely never baby), because I want the man I'm speaking to, to feel comfortable and that I am available to him, instead of just being grammatically correct. I re-read my messages before sending them and sometimes that one word of affection will make the sentence sound softer and less impersonal. Also for me, my first language is spanish and in spanish when we are speaking to some one of interest we always use words of affection in our speech so to me it comes naturally when I am speaking in english But definitely gave me something to think about for future messaging! Thank you
