They reported this on CBC tonight and played a clip of Bill Gates speaking in '93. He predicted the smartphone of today. It was spooky "You'll see where you are on a map, you will buy tickets, communicate with others, will pay for things electronically, store thousands of pictures and music, it will even be able to replace keys" etc etc. What a visionary. I mean this was before the World Wide Web was up and running.

This is a tough thing to deal with. Been there. Unfortunately there is still a lot of stigma and ignorance about depression and anxiety even among healthcare providers but it is far more common than most people realize.
