Finding out that not only am I performing again soon in a rather large event (solo performances no less!!) BUT.. I have a photo shoot with an amaaaaaazing photographer friend tomorrow night after work!! Best part..... not only am I going on all the posters/advertising for the event, BUT... so is all the information for my business!!!!! yaaaaaay!! a grrrrrreat day today indeed! (and I had enough scotch left to sip and enjoy while perving on here hehe.. icing on the cake that was today!)

addressing emails, trying to organize a few dance outfits for a photo shoot tomorrow night to promote another event I am performing in soon in a local club (YAAY!) Enjoying one finger-measure of scotch, working on a 'signature' makeup look for the shoot... sigh* cats don't wear much makeup though, so this is interesting, but fun <grin>

tried... for ages now and get the same thing. Every time I click to enter my password, it shoots me to the register page *sigh* :( Guess people will just have to be patient and wait until I am at my laptop hehe

Not sure if anyone can help with this one, and I have opted to try here rather than the moderator.... but... I have an android phone... I try to log into lyla on my phone.. I enter my username, no problem, go to enter my password, I get shot to a screen asking me to register <wth? hehe>I tried filling in the registration screen using my information, told that name was already taken but if that was me, and I had forgot my password...et al... Argh! lol There doesn't seem to be a 'help' tab on the initial log in screen.. so I can't look for myself... and I had thought, given the topic on another thread (about timely responses hehe).. it may be nice to have access to my account via my phone rather than just my laptop... Ideas?

...received an interesting (and veeery unique) email today... inquiring about 'sploshing' ;) oddly enough...or puuurhaps (for those who know me...) not really <grin> I know what that is.. and am intrigued..... and now contemplating that rather unique request ;) ..... interesting highlight so far and again, not quite noon (daay-yum!) ;) oh... and I was referred to as 'absolute magic' a very short while ago today <blush> .. gotta love that! ;) such a lovely existence.... is mine ;)

(just found this thread, so hehe) As a provider, I definitely prefuuuur a bit of notice (time to properly prepare et al so the session is not only up to the clients expectations, but to mine as well) but encounter one situation all the time that is annoying to no end... A client msgs me looking for same day session (sometimes being thoughtful enough to include what they are looking for as well as prefuuured time THANK YOU! :).. I do tend to reply back within minutes (*if not with client, running errands, busy with life*) ...in my reply, I do insist that a person confirms asap with me and I hear nothing back... generally when I get these emails, the person is asking for same day but later in the afternoon or something (generally a few hours from when they message me).. so there is time to respond.. but they NEVER do...*sigh* being the nice cat that i am, I pencil them in, just in case... and the spot is often wasted due to them not bothering to confirm. Thankfully, I only have a few who do this on a fairly regular basis. I have always ran things on the basis of first confirmed is the one who gets the spot, so be 'warned' gents.. <grin> if you expect to get in same day, at least keep an eye on your email/phone msgs when the same is expected of the provider ;) just as your time is a valuable thing, so is ours as a provider. Especially those of us who are not only accommodating 'fun' sessions with 'normal/legit' ones ;) BTW, I *love* the addition of the 'if I don't hear from you by.." line.. a smart touch IMO ..puuurhaps I shall use it myself in my replies to the 'need to see you today!' msgs I get <grin> __________________________________

a wonderful late lunch at my favorite sushi place.... and a pedicure AND half hour massage for my aching "holycrapwomanIcantdanceanymorerightnow" muscles hehe

relaxing 'cougar-clad' <big cheese-eating-grin> in the private den after an amazingly relaxing and total "me" day :) perving lyla (of course hehe) and reflecting on how nice it was (albeit a foolish expense hehe) to spend money and time on me for a change ;) boiling shower and sleep soon........

no scotch in site at our chosen meeting place, but had a lovely time regardless. Enjoyed wonderful outdoor air.. good conversation with a new friend... <grin>, very enjoyable evening. *also, treated myself to a pedicure and half hour massage earlier today... deserved it i think, after all the rehearsals and performances :) "Highlight" was pretty much the whole day :)

contemplating an afternoon at the forks.. solitary lunch... sit by the water with a good strong coffee.... but have to address an issue I am having with a 'third eye' piercing.... (got it stuck in my ring when I wiped sweat from my forehead.. OWWWW! may have to remove it and get it redone... :( ....) so may do that before heading to the forks.. hehe then i can just relax ;)

so far, a beautiful sunny day.. and a day off no less... may enjoy a few hours at the forks...coffee and a walk...(and try to avoid shopping lol), meeting with a lovely gent over a good scotch later tonight ;) Additional Comments: <grin>... wearing my 'carpe that f*cking diem' shirt out on a day where I don't need a jacket ;) ...hehe it's the little things.. right? ;)

a very quiet day, began with yet another rehearsal (in my office no less lol)... suddenly went to crazy-packed hehe, unfortunately had to turn away a gent I am particularly fond of.. who said (and this is my 'actual' highlight hehe) he wasn't surprised as I am a 'Winnipeg Institution' hehe completely made my day ;) .......so I was nice and sent him a picture <grin> my day isn't even halfway over at this point, so I assume other highlights to c*m.. but yeah.. put a petty big grin on my face to hear that ;) **ended up being able to "squeeze" him in after all <grin> *definite* highlight to my day ;)

a new showerhead <major grin!!> and a seriously funky planter slash candelabra for the back deck of my lovely private den ;)

finally home after a seriously gruelling and crazy dress rehearsal for saturdays show.. totally forgot I wanted a cigar <grin> BUT.. I finally got my pawz on a new and hopefully lovely showerhead, which I installed myself as soon as I got home.. soo happy!! I love my bubble baths, yes.. but.. not much beats a well-working, moveable showerhead ;) ...off to test it out ;)

strawberries... all the way baybee ...sooo many ways to enjoy them! ;) ice cream or gelotti?

quite possibly a nice cigar (an afternoon of Billie Holiday will do that to anyone hehe) ...and, if I am feeling particularly extravagant ... puuuurhaps a lovely bottle of scotch mmmmnn... ...would be a wonderful treat after yet another night of rehearsals.. this one is a 'tech' rehearsal though..*sigh*.. the end is near.....finally... <grin>
