    One week!!! Your organizing committee is hard at work to finalize the remaining details. We cant wait to spend time a share a drink with everyone next week.

    12 days !!! The snacks are paid for and ordered (as of yesterday)! We'll have a little something for every taste and diet!!

    Dear Cute0asa0Button, I shall get things going immediatly! Far from me the thought to temp you, but now inspiration arises for a dessert menu for the social (just ?) with a progression in flavours; we shall start the course by having a cookie, followed by a tasty cakepop, to continue with a frosting-topped cupcake ... Hopefully this will meet you highest standards as a foody, and not be just be a proverbial carrot on the stick. Baking-ly yours, T

    Dusting off the recipe book is such a drag.... Too many options for baking are available. Mmmm apparently Brownies are always good, i hear (but is it good enough?) but i do have this cake pop tray i've been meaning to use for several months now. Cupcakes or cookies (peanut butter, chocolate chip and bacon with maple glaze, perhaps?).... Sigh! AND, as it happens, i seem to remember i have several cookie tins laying around at home. *scratches head in puzzlement* I guess i'll keep looking for ideas before i put on an apron...

    16 days only until the social! It's incredible on how time flies!! As the social is sold out, your organizing committee is working away in getting everything ready for everyone to have a wonderful evening. As mentioned previously, ticket sales provides a drink to the ladies, snacks (we'll have a variety of plates to cover most diets, including some gluten-free ones) as well as door prizes. We are also preparing a music playlist for the evening! Thank you everyone that have contacted us (myself, Spud271 and Loneskater) so far about Social! Its great to see that these events keep having such a high interest from everyone!!! Cheers!

    :-p All my tried and true recipes are now gluten free!!! Even my brownies, at the last social, were gluten free ....
