Had a great time celebrating my new job posting with a table full of friends, and a pile of lovely ladies. Ashley Smootches Serenity (Trinity from Pigale's) A fantastic afternoon filled with champagne and beautiful women. Nothing to complain about. My lap was never empty. I love that Serenity/Trinity remembered me from a year ago, from a different club. 8 hours well spent.

I just heard that as of the beginning of this week (Monday, May 8, 2017), the dinner buffet has been cancelled and will now only available for the lunch crowd. This is a blow, certainly, but this was the only club to have 2 free buffets (with purchase) every weekday. You can still get great, hot food delivered from The Brig, right next door.

They're offering a new relaxation course here at work to help us manage our stress. One hour a week for 4 weeks for $40. "Feeling tight, stiff and inflexible? The RELEASE FROM HEAD TO TOE workshop is for you!"

Oo! I just got confirmation for a new position I was looking at. Let one of the girls here say that and see what kind of replies they get. Job security established. Whew!

You know, the purpose you propose for their original installation may even be true. However, it is the security of that data and how it is being misused that is the problem. Previous posts have shown the abuses to which these data have been put. If anyone has a positive story that they can relate about the cameras having been used in their favour, please speak up. I know Jay (the bartender) was grateful to have access to the recorded video for evidence against the guy who stabbed him outside. I'm pretty sure he hates it when the owner calls him from home to tell him to move a mop and bucket that he sees in the way. Just a guess. Still, those concrete examples are not about the cameras we're discussing: the ones in the CR. Has anyone used them in a way that worked out for them? I'm genuinely curious. We've been making guesses and talking shit about management. Are there ANY counters?

Well, that was interesting. I went out for lunch today, and on my way back ran into a pack of youths. Literally. I was walking on the sidewalk through an overpass just before a school. There were 8 of them. I counted. They would not make room for me and just before we made contact, I braced myself and stepped into a really good shoulder check. It pushed the first kid back into 2 others, making room for me to get by. The first kid screamed out, "HEY, ASSHOLE!" I took my phone out of my pocket, started the camera app, and snapped 3 shots off as I slowly turned around. We exchanged further pleasantries until I told them that I was taking the photos to their school principal for identification. Their attitudes changed instantly to begging and bargaining. I was not swayed. I'm like that. Punk-ass bitches gotta learn. Don't be a dick.

Maybe I should set up a rental booth ...

I've had this discussion before. For some dancers, it's pack mentality. If she sits down, she is the outsider and it's harder to break in because she is one tiny voice in a group. She can spend way too much time there. Conversely, I've converted a few to look at it as an opportunity. BECAUSE the group is a pack, if she goes in with the purpose of waving her tail in the air and taking control of the group, she can work her way through the entire table. EVERY ONE of them will want to compare their time with her. Besides, she is working multiple angles at the same time as soon as she sits down, so actually saving time on conversations. Psychology and group dynamics.

The way to handle problems these days seems to be "complain, don't confront". This not an attack on the OP, just a common trend. This way you get the last word (usually) and feel vindicated in your behaviour. Hey, I've done it, too. In this particular case, a better story would have been getting a free meal because the manager checked the tape. Nobody likes confrontation. We can all talk a good game online from the comfort of home. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd probably have done the same thing and absorbed the loss. Next time, I would only pay if she had the change on her (I'm actually going to keep this in mind for the future). I HATE interpersonal confrontation. I'm good at it, but I hate it. This may be a good object lesson. If something is wrong at your club, make the effort to get it resolved. It's probably better for everyone. In fact, it doesn't hurt to get to know the managers, servers, and bartenders as well as the dancers. It works for me. My table regularly gets free drinks.

The rule, as I know it: 2 song club - top off during first song, panties off during second song. 3 song club - top off during second song (or earlier), panties off during third song (and earlier if they want). In the champagne room, the typical technique is to tease for a while. This is a standard technique, so I don't know why anyone is surprised by it. Top off after the first song. Bottoms off after the second song. If she is comfortable with you, those may relax somewhat. I tend to spend on regulars, so they usually get right to the biscuits from the start. Some get naked before the music starts. That's a choice they make. Maybe you don't make them feel safe. I'm not saying that's the case, just that there are many possible reasons. Maybe they really only feel like doing 2 songs because they're tired. Regardless, there is no relaxed 'panties on' rule.

If I'd seen this earlier, I probably would've participated. As above, and as posted in the locker rooms, them panties gotta drop. Otherwise, fines. That's a rule. I've seen some ladies not do so (maybe last year) and considered mentioning it, but to what end? Depending on the day, or the girl, or the club, or the clientelle, I can see why it might happen. The 'hip slip' is a nod to that rule. I think MeganDancer has posted a picture of those rules before, somewhere. I agree with stage tipping. Not everyone comes in with a fat roll of fives though, so it might take a while to catch on. I mean, I do. Obviously. Not everyone is me. I'm pretty sure most of you aren't. I personally don't think that it is absolutely necessary to get a gynecological closeup every time a dancer hits the stage. I don't feel the burning need to examine the different shades of pink. I certainly enjoy it, but I'm not crushed on the rare occasion that it doesn't happen. I've spoken with some dancers about it and they told me that they just forgot, or are on their cycle. I've seen some dancers taken to task by management about this very thing, so it is still a rule everywhere as far as I know. Talk to the DJ. He'll tell you.

I'm just finishing up a craft show in an agricultural hall in a small town. Unheated. It snowed. I'm in a kilt and tee shirt and am doing fine, but everyone else is losing their minds. I may be the only truly Canadian one here. Selling a bunch, though.

Being shown respect by people I don't even know for a reputation I didn't know I had earned. It's really kind of a weird feeling when people recognize me and feel comfortable enough to start to chat me up like they know me. I guess that's what fame is? Nothing to do with this board, but that's happened, too.
