@lydiahardwood Does the forum software have a level below admin that would have the ability to delete posts as necessary? If so, what do people think about having a group of deputy SPAM-eaters, made up of a group of longer time more trustworthy regular users who are already reporting the spam posts? This takes some of the heavy lifting off the admins, and probably gets the posts gone more quickly. Or even a sub group of admins that approve posts for newbies, same reason, to spread the work out and make it less of a burden.

I've been trying this for about a week and I'm averaging 1lb / day loss right now. Yes part of it is eating less, basically for me that means no snacking after 6pm, but the other part is that over time you are training your body how to burn energy and fat more efficiently and after the initial hump of the first couple of weeks, you will stop craving food outside of your eating hours. I got turned on to it when listening to a nutritional expert interviewed about it on CBC radio a few months ago. I've also been tracking my caloric intake for the past couple of weeks so that I could compare pre-fast calories and post-fast. I'm taking in less, by about 400 calories / day, but I've done that before without the fasting aspect (actually cut out close to 1000/ day). And didn't see this type of result. For reference I'm doing the daily 8/16 method. So I only eat for 8 hours a day. And fast for 16. I chose to eat from 10-6 each day as that suits my lifestyle. So a protein shake for breakfast around 10 am A reasonable lunch around 1, depending on my work schedule. A snack mid day And then a standard supper before 6. And of course lots of water through the day. My exercise routine hasn't changed nor has my activity level. So for me I'm seeing results, which makes me happy, and less likely to cause any ladies I choose to see to immediately recoil in disgust when the tarp comes off.

I should have just ignored his one word post like everyone else was and not offer any insight into it, or I should have spent some time and effort searching on leolist for this name in the title, then done some research of my own, then searched this site as well, so that I could have given him a great response and then have him post again in a few days about another random ad asking "Anyone?" Providing a link to the ad is helpful. Stating what you've already checked is helpful. Using complete sentences is helpful. Reading the "New to this" forum is helpful. Also using complete sentences here is good practice for when you do decide to communicate with one of the wonderful providers. So in this instance, you could have said Hey people! I was wondering if anyone had any information about this following provider -insert link here- I searched on here and didnt find anything relevant, and did some reverse image searches and didnt find anything odd nor did I see any instances of the same photo being used in other ads across canada. I'm just wondering if anyone has some further information to help me in my decision. Simply posting "Anyone " is not going to go well for you. Remember, many providers review the postings here and use what they see in their screening process. Also reading through other postings in this forum that have had good responses and useful help can be a guide to you.

I watched an interesting show recently called "Impulse" It's advertised as a sci-fi show and based in the same world as the mediocre movie "Jumper" , so essentially about people who can teleport. This is where it gets interesting, it's really more of a coming of age story, including dealing with PTSD as a teen, family dynamics, coming to terms with your sexuality and just for fun there's murder, mayhem, shadowy organizations, corruption, drug dealers, Mennonites, and all sorts of hidden backstory. There's a warning before every episode stating that it deals with content not suitable for all audiences including sexual violence. Heed it, it can be triggering. If you can handle that type of content, and you like underrated sci-fi drama produced in Canada where you can play "Hey! Thats the one from every other Canadian show" then check it out. Its a YouTube production. There's 2 seasons of it, and unfortunately it's not coming back for a third.
