I have to say I have never experienced any of what you guys are saying..I book and so far get who I ask for..with no issue's cheers

And that is why I book an appointment and why I try to stick to private locations..or even better if time is available I always book right when they open so I don't have to deal with others waiting and watching..:) just my way of doing things and it works for me..cheers
